I visited the store and was helped by a lovely lady called Debbie, and her customer care and knowledge of what I was wanting to purchase was correct. Thank you a very happy customer 😊

Super service as always and friendly staff. Special thanks and shoutout to Liam lovely young chap, loaded my car up with a large number of heavy items.

Polite and friendly staff would be a big help. A smile would be appreciated and less of an attitude. The girl on the till just did not want to be there. When we arrived she was sat at the till with no customer's just drinking out of a bottle and 3 other staff member just talking . We waited at the click and collect desk but it was liket tumble weed blowing down the aisle. My husband had to go and ask her for someone to serve us. Very poor service. My first visit to the store and definitely my LAST.
I have since had a call from the store manager, a lovely gentleman called Richard who has apologised for the poor service I received. This apology deserves 5 stars.

Georgina helped with our transaction. I had deleted the original message with the order number (purchase was made online to click & collect). She was extremely helpful & polite. The whole experience was efficient and I will definitely be back when I need more decorating supplies. Thanks again.

I would like to thank Ms Wahida for the great customer service journey she's offered me since day one of my full kitchen consultation appointment. Wahida has always been friendly, reachable and always going above and beyond my expectations in everything from sorting the planning, designing, financing, ordering and booking deliveries, ensuring orders are completed and even 6 months post delivery she is willing to support me. I would 1000% recommend Homebase products and services as long as Wahida is part of it to anyone out there wanting a new kitchen. I really appreciate your help. Thank you so much.

I went into the store and couldn't find the sealant I needed. I asked the chatting assistants and got what I was looking for. On the trip round I saw a ladder I was interested in. Asked if delivery was possible and I was advised "no but go on line and they can do it." Did that. Excellent service. Why it could not be done in store I do not know

We just ordered our new kitchen from homebase! We had our appointment with Gary Denith who was fantastic during the whole process. The kitchen we wanted didn't have all the units in stock, Gary went above and beyond to redesign the kitchen to ensure we got the kitchen we wanted. He emailed and kept us up to date throughout the process. I can't thank Gary enough for all his hard work and perseverance to get us our dream kitchen! Thankyou so much!

had an amazing experience at homebase bredbury was served by a lovely polite young lady eve. she answered all my questions as i conceded about getting the correct product. this store should be proud of the amazing polite staff members.

Paint was waiting for me, checkout was good, nice people.

I’ve been to the Bredbury Store 3 times in the last two days, and on both days Amy was fantastic on the Dulux paint mix station. She was really helpful and patient, she had answers to all my questions, and she is as obsessive about paint shades as I am! Thank you Amy :)
