Kept me updated on delivery products good quality and well packaged young man was cheerful and professional carried all and that was many and heavy into the room of my choice thank you for the lovely experience and can I ask not to close our homebase in glenrothes please love our local store staff are fabulous and it's always busy they are putting an supermarket in its place already got 2 soon we won't have a DIY store within 8 miles thanks again for my orders

Drove to Glenrothes to collect the order and it was damaged. Also the public toilets are permanently closed. Poor show.

The online order was ready quickly and I was helped to the car with it by a friendly member of staff. The box ends were quite damaged and so the cube storage pieces inside but also got a bit damaged but having driven 14 miles to get it I accepted the minor damage and put those bits out of sight.
