Drove over 50 miles to collect it was grey not the white one I ordered obviously a display one as it was very dirty the person who served me had a I don’t care attitude and had no customer care

Collection went well but had purchased glass ornaments very upset that no care in wrapping glass ornament s inn bubble wrap or tissue

Was ok but too small. Needs to be returned but the miserable assistant at Winchester click and collect wouldn’t give me one. ‘ it’s electronic’ well no it’s not

The guy on click and collect had an awful attitude

I needed some paint and did not understand the colour mix system. A young colleague immediately offered to help and we agreed a colour which matched the door - and she then used the system to mix it. Very professional and friendly.

On arrival Yassi advised exactly to where the product we wanted was located
She then was in the till when we paid and checked in to make sure we’d found all we’d needed and that her initial directions had been useful

I ordered 2 bins as your system said you had stock. You only had one bin. I got that bin home and it was broken. 2 journeys, lots of faff, no bins!

Quick easy and efficient, I always try and order on line and this proves good for me. No problems. Was informed as soon as I cld collect and you get a week to do so. Love this

I was in need of some blades for a jigsaw. Liam went out of his way to help me find the correct blade for the saw, he went above and beyond and made the task much easier than I expected.

Booked a design session with Harley and ordered units and appliances to fit out our new utility room. We cannot fault the advice, help and assistance we were given to integrate and customise the units and also to accommodate some last minute changes we requested with appliances. We would highly recommend Harley and are very pleased with our utility room.

The product I wanted was in stock, at a reasonable price.

Only one person on the collection area. I told him of what it was I had arrived to collect. He produced the mat, but I then realised it was too large for my requirements. He quickly found the correct mat which I needed and arranged to refund the difference in price. Extremely good service.

Went to collect the solar wall light which I'd purchased online a couple of days before and when handed to me by the staff I thought it looked different. I purchased a stainless steel solar light but was handed a plastic light. I couldn't check to confirm this til I returned to go home but yeah that's exactly what happened. Not worth the fuel to return to store. But not great either....
