We communicated with the buyer that due to Brexit we were unable to supply her with the goods that she ordered and issued a full refund.

Still waiting
Unable to give more stars as still waiting for our order, have not received any updates on our order this will now be coming up for four weeks. Seem happy to take the money for the order not that quick on actually sending the goods.

Disappointing service
I ordered some door numerals, but didn't receive notice of dispatch so I had to ring to chase up. I was told they had one of the numerals in stock but the other had to come from Germany. A week later I emailed to chase again but received reply saying the type I ordered was no longer manufactured. I feel I wasted nearly 2 weeks chasing a product when I should have been kept informed and told when it was unavailable. However I was eventually refunded in full. I would suggest Homebits could improve their handling of customer orders.

ARKITUR 2 Oval Bell Push Doorbell
I ordered and received an ARKITUR 2 Oval Bell Push Doorbell. However, it has a very complicated fixing system on it (screw fixings are not seen) and it did not arrive with any installation instructions or assistance. Homebits also have not noted any installation or assistance guidelines on their website and it is impossible to make a comment underneath their item placed, or to seek assistance. Terrible service and product information (manufacturer's website or contact details not even given, if Homebits are unwilling to help). Really disappointing.

We were not contacted regarding this issue but have taken on board this reviewers comments and have subsequently amended the description on our website for all of the bell pushes that use this method of fixing and now add a sticker with the same information on the product when shipped.
Product didn’t arrive
Product didn’t arrive. Contacted homebits and have received no response.
UPDATE - product arrived quicker than their response to my review but that’s not saying much... they must have been closed for the winter which is fine.
