I have no words that would explain the absolute horror that is the apartment we rented. NOW, it could be the owner does not want to invest any money into the apartment, but this apartment is in desperate need to be upgraded. The bed is a disaster area, how we slept in it god only knows. An ancient foam mattress with 2 more toppers on it that didn't fit properly. We couldn't use the air con for the best part of a week because it had black spores all over the inside of it, the agents came to clean it, but it was not totally cleaned and the owners had signs on them saying don't use at night, something that was not properly explained to us. This place is a disaster, it might have been nice once, with a stunning view, but that's it.....filthy, old and needing gutted. We opened one of the wardrobes and the stink of old, over used blankets was sick inducing. Please don't go near this place it's an absolute tip, you wouldn't want to sit on the couch as it's stinking too. I have no idea how we put up with this and paid for this? Stay away from the apartment in Coronado Marbessa.

If anyone needs more information just ask, I'm willing to tell a lot more if asked.

Terrible, Dirty, Unclean & bad service

Terrible communications.
Arrived to an unclean disgusting apartment. 100% not cleaned prior to my arrival.
Stained towels, dirty floors. Stained linen. Beds not made well. And 3 weeks to return the deposit with no communication to let you know that the deposit is due back is plain bad business & terrible customer service. I understand that it takes time, however within 24hrs of my checkout you would have known that the apartment was left in good condition. At least email me to say it will be processed.
I wouldn't stay again with novasol or this agency.
All in all, terrible service, horrible experience.

The level of personal attention with any matter, big or small has always been exemplary. All of the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Always smiling happy people in attendance. We are very happy customers.

The best property management

The service is outstanding and the response to inquiries has always been very timely.
They do go the extra mile to ensure things are done properly for customers having the best experience.
As a property owner it is essential that our guests will enjoy their stay and our guests feedback has always been very positive.

Nice and clean apartment…

We rented an apartment with this company over Easter. We found the apartment clean and well equipped. The staff were helpful.

We would definitely rent with them again.

Homecare helped us with a last minute booking due to our booking not being what we expected with another company! Fantastic service with professional staff who went above and beyond making our holiday experience better!! The apartment in Mijas was absolutely perfect and ticked every box for our bank holiday weekend getaway!! Highly recommend, Zara and Jenna are fabulous :)

Wash after the guest are leaving, are not working, and havent been for many years. And much to much theft. Small things, an more expensive things.

2.The tax help, have cost us much to much.
3 we have a teflon sofa, but the guest need to remove the spot, I can not do six mounts låter.
4. There are to mich tefhts. Evrytime something are missing. And this isnt godenouf.

Do not use for rentals as Sergio will…

Do not use for rentals as Sergio will make false promises regarding a property say he will take it off the market for you but he wont....Do not go near this company for long term rentals. Sergio is one of the most unprofessional people I've ever crossed paths with. Thankfully all his lies i have on screenshot and also a recording of a conversation where he proceeds to lie about what he said........

Cockroaches covering the bed

Homecare pm were responsible for a villa which we had rented for 2 weeks. We were told the villa was cleaned that morning before we arrived.
Within 2 hours of arrival we found a number of cockroaches, by 11pm that night we had killed almost 30.
The headboards were covered with them, bedside table covered and they were in the bed.
There is no way this property was properly clean, we also found
shells and droppings of what we later guessed to be from the cockroaches.

Homecare pm say it’s a result of council cleaning. The cockroaches had to have been in the house for days at least as they were everywhere including air conditioning ducts.

I had to move my family to a hotel for the night as nobody would answer their emergency line.

Homecare pm or the villa owner will not cover the cost of my unplanned hotel stay.

I was gave a full refund for the villa as I simply could not keep my young children in that house.
They also have offered me 133€ to cover the hotel. The hotel was 900€

Be cautious using this company as they do not properly do the job.
The villa has now been removed from holiday lettings.

The Villa was rented by us via Holidaylettings, the property was cleaned the day before arrival and there was no sightings of cockroaches or dust, unfortunately when this family arrived or several hours later the problem started, we think something external like a fumigation of drainage had happened and with the use of the air con it progressed. Obviously, we tried to resolve the situation by offering a 2 day relocation to Dream Gardens whilst we fumigated, we also would have refunded the hotel, but this was declined. We had no other Villas available, so the client opted for a full refund, we also recently offered an extra 500€ compensation which is slightly more than the difference of the hotel and nightly rate paid, this was also refused.
We are sorry that this situation occurred, this Villa has never had an issue before, which can be seen by past reviews, it has been occupied again with no problem. We have told the client to speak to Holidaylettings and have sent the Hoja de reclamaciones official complaint information.

Relocation not an option

Complaint sent to NOVASOL and homecareontheweb on 30/7. No answer yet. Danish booking no 7643571. Disguss the case with NOVASOL.

I the period 23-7-2022 to 31-7-2022 we were there. temperature up to 41,5 C. 2 aircon who doesn't work. Shower via aircon out in the livingroom. To avoid water-damage we didn't use it. Relocation not an option even though I am heartsick.

Not enough equipment for 5 persons as announced.

Ask me if we had a wonderful vacation.

Today it's 1. september 2022. No answer on trustpilot og email. They don't care. So be carefull custumers.

Great service

I recently booked a holiday through Homecareontheweb . The communication and service from the point of booking until the end of our stay was clear, professional and timely. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be booking through them again next year!

Currently under contract with HCOTW as…

Currently under contract with HCOTW as a landlord. I was starting to think it was just myself having constant battles with the most unprofessional staff.
The communication is shocking, I have to chase for everything. My property is in Spain and I am England, I would expect the amount I pay for them to manage it I'd be less stressed! Our tenant damaged items in the apartment but they won't get funds, everything seems to be in the tenants favour they never help us, the owner. We completely cleaned the apartment after a departure to be charged for another clean, seems after reading this they seem to do this as standard. I baffles me how they are still doing business. I spoke to the alleged owner Christine today, extremely unprofessional and it turns into a slanging match when trying to raise legitimate issues. We are sadly still in contact, wish they wouldn't get another penny of ours.

Whilst we appreciate your annoyance regarding the cleaning, your contract clearly states that the property will be cleaned professionally (at tenant departure) unless we receive an explicit request for this to be cancelled.

We understand it is difficult having a property so far away from your home and giving trust to someone to look after it, but we are a professional company (trusted by hundreds of property owners) who always make sure we look after property owners interests at the same time as caring for good tenants.

We are always available to discuss any issues with property owners and their tenants.

I've been reading the 3 previous reviews. I might aswell just copy and paste their comments. After paying their extortionate fees for bedding (only one set for a month. It rained for 16 days solid. It cost us 30 euros for cleaning). $100 for electricity and water. They sent the key pick up and return address. 10 miles from the airport and 20 miles from the office to the appartment. €170 taxi fare. The weather was really unusual, even for late February. It rained for the first 16 days. Practically none stop and freezing. The heating only worked in the bed rooms, not the living room. I believe it was an ongoing problem, as the owner had put an electric heater in there. It kept switching off when the heater reached it's optimum temperature, not the room. After leaving the bedroom heating on all day. We had to open the windows half hour before going to bed to let the heat out. My girlfriend suffers from EDS. Extremes of temperature is a real problem. We contacted Homecareontheweb next day, Monday. They phoned back on Tuesday and arranged a mantainance man for Friday. He couldn't fix it and informed me as it was the weekend an engineer would come on Monday. No engineer arrive. They later emailed Clickstay, our booking agent, that the maintainance man had meet my girl friend and she was very happy with the electric heater. Lie. She was in the bathroom the whole time. The appartment advertised a DVD player. Knowing Spainish TV we took some films. I don't think the DVD had worked for years. Rain and freezing temperatures were forecast for a further week. By now we had lost all faith in the company and flew home 2 weeks early. After another €80 taxi ride, to drop off the key. Homecareontheweb are not only total unprofessional. They are uncaring and inept and money grabbing.

I have been with HomecareontheWeb for 6 …

I have been with HomecareontheWeb for 6 years now. This company manages my 6 bedroom villa which gets very busy bookings. This management company have never once let me down. The cleaners are thorough and efficient. The office deals with any problems that I have with great speed and efficiency. I have my own maintenance team and they correspond very well with them. Although the charges are a little on the high side, I find it is all worth it as I can honestly say that I have total peace of mind. I would strongly recommend this company.

So far so bad....
I have issues with the additional charges made on a property i have booked, such as 20 euros per person IF we want sheets.....why would anyone not want sheets (although homecare tell me many people DO pack sheets to go on holiday....first ive heard of that?)...90 euro minimum cleaning charge...then even more for electricity and water.....they dont meet you at the property and for my booking at least, it will cost us a considerable amount to get a taxi to them for this purpose (they charge 70 euros if you want a meet and greet service). I have tried to arrange it so that we can collect it on the way from the airport but they refuse to say whether this is possible till a couple of days before the booking, i feel like an idiot for holding out any hope for this. We are on a 3 day hen do and this key issue has made it impossible to book anything for the first day we are there.
I contacted them at the time of the booking to ask if early collection was possible and was told the office opened from 10 till 6, that was the full email. I thought 'great!' No problems then we can collect between 10 and 6. Nope. I found out after my full non refundable payment had been taken that i 'might' not be able to collect it till after 4 and that the person who originally replied to my email was simply giving me minimal non personalised information.
I have since found out that they are the ones who set the charges even though i was told differently. They have blamed the owner/booking.com and novasol so far for my problems and i have contacted each separately to try and sort it out but all paths lead back to homecare although admittedly booking.com and novasol both see that they need to make details clearer on their own websites, but again, saying homecare are the only ones who can help but wont help.
I am dreading this holiday particulary after reading aome of novasols reviews! I feel like there will be more unpleasant surprises to come, i just hope the hen doesnt experience any of it! I have just broken the news to the rest of the group that they need to pay more money and feel guilty as hell that i am the one who found this property. Hoping so badly that nothing else goes wrong!!
