Chris is highly responsive to requests and communicates in a timely and clear manner. In the real-estate market, things can go into a lull, but once the opportunity / right one is there for you, you and your agent must act fast. This was the case for my deal and Chris' performed flawlessly from ensuring me a showing appointment (where there were crowds being turned away from the home), ensuring a competitive offer was put forth and communicating with the listing broker and myself, coordinating during the contract process (lawyers, inspectors, bank appraisers, etc) to 'see the deal' through to closing. When it was go-time, Chris and HomeDax were ready to see it through.

Great team! With their continuous support they made the cumbersome process of buying an apartment much easier. They helped at every step, viewing apartments, coop application, closing, etc.

Nick's expertise and help made closing on our co-op easier than expected. He got quick answers from co-op management and guided us through some very detailed questionnaires unique to the co-op. He was always available and even volunteered to do the final walk-thru when we weren't available to do it ourselves. I have no reservations and would work with him again without hesitation.

Working with Nick and the team at Homedax was great! I sold my apartment quickly, with multiple offers at a PPSF I was very happy with. So much so, we had to justify the price to the appraiser who thought it was higher than it should have been (thankfully Nick successfully did that as well).
