Excellent service from telephone…

Excellent service from telephone ordering and payment with a helpful person at the other end of the phone and on-time delivery with the fuel carefully put into my bunker on a hot day, no mess and no bother. Polite and helpful thanks.

Excellent supplier, excellent product

This Restaurant Charcoal is an excellent product at a great price. Ordering was easy. Delivery is scheduled to keep cost low and due to it being a bulk item. Driver was here early (6.15 am) so didn’t impinge on my working day. Driver very helpful and courteous. Will definitely order again when I run out.

Have bought from them twice now as was so impressed the first time
All contact with them has been friendly and courteous from the office staff to the delivery driver. Product was excellent value and as described.
