Great product, brilliant delivery driver, hopeless customer service.

I got home from work to find they were delivering the next day…when I would be at work. Tried to phone at 8am when office opened, to find it was still closed. Did not get a reply until 9am. Gave them my non working days (choice of 5) but following week again arranged on a work day. Phoned, told that was the day for my area. Changed my working day to accommodate, but evening before told not coming now, and coming the next day, when I would be in work! You could,not make it up. Again tried to contact office, no reply until 9am. Eventually took 4 weeks to get it delivered, and two missed days of work.

Reliable delivery to your bunker or store shed, always courteous and helpful delivery drivers. I have used this company for many years and never had cause to complain, what more do you want ? oh and very competitive pricing to boot !
