High quality sofas at best price

We purchased two sofas and an arm chair of high quality and Homeflair offered the best price. The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. The furniture arrived from manufacturer earlier than expected and it was delivered straight away. We are very pleased with our purchase Thank you

Bad experience

We ordered 2 electric blinds, one had no charging lead which we paid extra for and one blind was 4 inches shorter than we ordered. Had to wait a week before it was put right. Over £400 for 2 blinds and couldn’t use one for a week. We’re getting a blind for the bedroom now but will not be using this company.

Great service

Great service, excellent quality furniture at affordable prices. There was no pushy salesman tactics and owner was open to honest negotiation. Goods arrived promptly as promised on the scheduled day and both delivery drivers were excellent. I've had a great purchasing experience with Homeflair and will no doubt return when the need arises. Would highly recommend.

Beware - not so reputable

The website looks very enticing and professional but this company could not be further from the truth. I spoke to Simon who owns the company and he was very rude and unprofessional.
I wanted to know why my item was not delivered the next day (paid £8.50! for the privilege) but all he could say is that it has been dispatched, nothing he could do and unwilling to give a refund for the failed delivery, and had to wait the next day!
His website is contradictory regarding delivery and unclear. When I spoke with APC (the delivery company) they blamed Home Flair for not placing the order properly which caused the delay!
Just not right to let customers down like this - better off buying through Amazon.

Very disappointing

Ordered a rattan sofa set and the protective cover that is specific for this set.
While the sofa arrived in good time and is OK quality, I have only just received the protective cover 6 months later!
When the furniture arrived they sent an email saying order complete. When I questioned this they told me they had to complete the order otherwise the sofa would be reissued. They advised the cover would be in at the end of June and they would send it straight out.
This didn’t happen and even when I questioned why their website is still showing stock available, they told me that they are not responsible for updating the website!! I have chased and chased this cover over the past few months with very little care or responsibility from them, just excuses.
eventually on my last email to find out where this was they told me they had been in stock for 3 weeks and I must’ve been missed off the list! they offered me a £5 discount for the inconvenience! when the cover arrived it had been packed damp and had mould spores all over it. They responded by saying the are sorry that I am again disappointed and that I can send it back at my own cost and they will refund the value of the cover. At my own cost!!!! They should be sending a replacement and picking this one up.
You are probably wondering why I didn’t go elsewhere, and I am wishing I had now, but this cover is specifically made for this set, and as the set isn’t fantastic quality I wanted to make sure it was covered correctly through the winter months.
To summarise, in some circumstances this company take your money knowing they don’t have stock, and have very little to no customer service skills. I for one will never purchase from them again.

Tried ordering twice from this company…

Tried ordering twice from this company online which shows as sofas being in stock and ex display ready to go…. They were not in stock. Although all monies were returned, this is very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Don’t waste your time or energy.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Website says 2 to 3 weeks. Ordered and paid and then get an email saying mid July, over 2 months wait but hopefully sooner. No updates, no apologies for delay. Its now passed the expected 2 months and still no ETA or updates, I have had to chase them and after a wasted 2.5 months have the cancelled order. I understand delays are happening due to covid etc but its the lack of customer service that is BEYOND belief. Take my money, nearly a grand and then nothing. Please do not give them your money when they cannot be honest and provide realistic updates

I received my garden furniture…

I received my garden furniture yesterday and I am so pleased with it . We had a bit of a wait for delivery, which was not down to Homeflair it was down to the manufacturer. It was well worth the wait though.

I recently bought a cover from them for…

I recently bought a cover from them for my new rattan garden furniture. The listing states that it is made for my suite and even shows an image of it fully assembled with the cover on. When it arrived it didn’t fit and they told me you have to take the sofa apart to use it! Not what I ordered but they are not responding to my emails to return it for a refund. Having seen their reviews on Facebook now I wouldn’t have bought it from them. Very disappointed with their service. £55 is a lot of money to pay for something you can’t use.

Advertises his garden furniture at SALE…

Advertises his garden furniture at SALE NOW ON UP TO 70% Off, underneath is a price of say £499, when you actually enquire it’s a set message saying look at the website.
When you get the price it’s £1899. Avoid like the plague, totally misleading.
Just put the correct price on your items and save people wasting their time

Terrible

Terrible. Quick to take the money but delivery date passed and no communication. No phone call. I tried emailing but it wasnt verified. I then had to ring and everytime they say the same rubbish of they have emailed supplier and have had no reply as of yet. Been waiting nearly 8 weeks already.

Great service and great product!

We were driving past and saw rattan furniture outside had to stop and look as been looking for months they had such a wide range to see and quite a few that were in stock there and then we fell in love with the Megan set as soon as saw it defo worth the price and it’s huge it will last for years and years, said they could arrange their courier as was in 5 boxes! to deliver as we lived 100 miles away but might take 10 days or we could borrow their own work van and drop it back within the day at no extra cost now that’s service, they were so helpful and went the extra mile I would definitely shop here again service was second to none which is rare these days and I worked for Laura Ashley. Thank you

A mixed review but satisfied

A mixed review to say the least. We ordered a large rattan garden furniture set late January with an expected delivery date of 2 weeks, after hearing nothing I emailed to chase and a speedy reply advised that there was an estimated 8 week delay, not ideal but we accepted. I had to chase again after 8 weeks to be told that the item could be delayed until the end of June. After a few email exchanges we were told that the item had arrived in and would be with us in 2 weeks, I must say I was sceptical but the item arrived well within the 2 weeks.

When the product arrived it was great quality and exactly as described, apart from a few washers and screws missing, which we had to purchase in order to put together.

Communication could have been better but we always had a reply to our emails and the delivery company who contacted us to arrange delivery were fantastic, they offered us an alternative day as we couldn’t accommodate the first date, they kept us updated on arrival time.

First Class Company

Having scoured the internet for a rattan dining set everyone was quoting June-September for stock. I found HomeFlair by chance and me and my wife travelled to Rotherham to have a look. They are very easy to find with a beautiful lake behind the buildings with lots of swans. The owner directed us to the rattan showroom and he was the most helpful person we have met in years. We bought a dining set and 2 foot stools. This was delivered the next day free of charge. This service is amongst the best we have ever received. Genuine family business that puts the customer first. We will definitely visit again in the future.

Absolute cowboys

Absolute cowboys, no answer via phone, no reply to emails, taken my money and disappeared off the face of the earth. Was supposed to be contacted this week with delivery date, no contact received. Buyer beware, atrocious customer service
