I placed my order on 15 June 2023. They didn't get around to accepting orders until 2 July 2023. I tried to email them and it just kept getting bounced back. I kept checking site for update. On 4 July 2023 they marked the order 'complete'. Whatever that meant. Yesterday on 8 August 2023, my order finally came in the mail. I'm in the US and I've ordered homeopathic remedies from India before and it typically takes about a month. I was reluctant to initiate a cancellation and return through Paypal as I really wanted the remedies I ordered and I got a really good price on them. The package arrived the very day that I was going to contact Paypal about the order. Would I ever order from them again? Probably not in the foreseeable future as I am fully stocked in the remedies that I currently need. Especially when I found another Homeopathic vendor in the UK that is a lot more prompt with their orders.

What a nightmare company. Beware it’s now not possible to pay by bank card!!! Paypal only. Should have walked away at that point but gave them the benefit of the doubt as I am a returning customer. Customers are advised to ring a mobile to get bacs details which were received by email very quickly and paid within 10 minutes plus a bacs remittance was sent to them within 12 minutes. This took place on 23/12 and a commitment had been verbally given to post out between Xmas and NY. But apparently someone went on holiday instead. I was obliged to chase and after the obligatory ping pong of emails (as the minimum information was given each time) on 3/1 I was told "dispatched your order today. Sorry about the delays". I had previously been promised a tracking number but that never came. I now realise as to why, the order has eventually turned up today 11/1, clearly postmarked as posted on 10/1. It’s a goodbye from me, I won’t be that desperate ever again.

Not good from my experience. The items look good but far from high quality. I have experience in high quality vitamins and minerals and the best ones do not cost under £5. Magnesium stearate causes me allergies and can be bad for liver and this seems to be in most of your vitamins n minerals. Maybe ur supplements are The highest out of the unpopular allergenic products but not Top products. Like mercola or fushi or dr axe Mark Hyman . David Wolfe - like I said I’m experienced with my supplements and ur stuff are too cheap and not certified to be any use or good. I can see the items I ordered from u are no longer on ur website. The man from here was so rude he would not refund me for 2 Months at the end had to get bank involved this was before I knew about consumer rights other wise could have took it to trading standards and mediation. You let me down so much over £25 worth of order u charges 3.50 for delivery yet you paid for non tracked post every good seller should sell tracked so can see when item was posted but you used the cheapest method to post
My parcel even though I paid £3.50 it took 2 months almost to arrive and missing half the order. I would not trust your products or customer service again.

Also I tried to make an order around a year ago and it took 2 weeks to arrive when I opened parcel half of my items were missing. No one would answer phone. A woman and man kept telling me to wait as it was around Xmas time and that they sent two items separately.

After another two weeks I had to make a complaint for my refund they told me to wait another two weeks I demanded a refund and had to phone my bank and my bank end up providing me a full refund I also sent back their herbs I paid for which claimed to be organic yet
Had no certificate I think if it was tested privately they would show contaminant

The customer service were annoying because instead of a refund they tried to make me wait for a month.they did tell the truth that they posted my item same day I paid for it as I saw the receipt but they still sent it cheapest slowest delivery possible. I am glad I returned my items Cos from other reviews here it looks like items aren’t all that

Bought the horny Goat weed tincture, not sure its the real thing, not like any other ive have taken, makes me feel very strange.

Fantastic company and products!! Excellent communication as well! Will only order my tinctures from here now. Very reasonable prices as well.
