I had a delightful chat with Charles Sandle. We spoke about the possibility of selling my property, unfortunately the price offered was not what I was willing to consider. Great service
Charles gave me invaluable advice which has saved me so much time. Great telephone manner from the very beginning and that’s very important for any company to have someone who warmly welcomes new customers to be the first point of contact. I had an awful experience with this company it started in mid july first contact was Daniel who offered me a price which we both agreed ,after 10 minutes he send me the contact to sign and completion in 3 weeks .They instructed a solicitor for me with very poor communication and slow response.After 3 months of numerous calls with Daniel he was keep saying and promising the completion end of each week which never happened.Finally they called me saying that they have lower offer which i walked away.I would be careful dealing with similar companies as often they misled.They wasted 3 months of my time and said sorry.

We would like to address the four reviews that have been left by you and your family members regarding the same transaction.
For context, our process began on 18th July. During the conveyancing stage, the solicitors identified that your husband’s name on his identification did not match the name registered on the title at HM Land Registry. This was a technical issue that needed to be corrected before completion could proceed.
There was also a delay caused by a discrepancy in the initial statement of truth, which required amendment, as well as a short period during which your husband was abroad. To help expedite matters, we arranged and paid for your parents’ ID verification at a local solicitor’s office. The Land Registry completed the title update on 29th September.
That said, we acknowledge that the solicitor should have identified the ID discrepancy earlier, and we apologise for this oversight on their behalf.
We would also like to clarify that at no point did we attempt to renegotiate the agreed price. The property, unfortunately, failed its RICS survey, at which point we rescinded the contract and covered all associated fees. While we always enter transactions in good faith, occasionally survey results prevent us from proceeding. In those rare instances, we withdraw respectfully, absorb all costs, and offer a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused by the loss of time on this transaction.
