I have received the most fantastic personalised service from this company. Laura the owner of the company contacted me in less than 24 hours when I had a query and then went out of her way to assist me as I had difficulty in placing an online order due to my ineptitude with technology. My niece who received the beautiful lilies and accompanying foliage for her birthday yesterday is absolutely delighted and could not believe the bouquet was so generous it filled 2 vases. It came beautifully packaged and secure in a quality box. I simply cannot believe the exceptionally high standard of the flowers and professional service from Homeland Florists. I have informed all my friends of the outstanding service I have received.

I have ordered flowers from homeland for a few years now. They always arrive in superb condition and when I order them direct from themselves in Northampton the customer service is exceptional. 10/10 service.

The customer service is always incredible, going above and beyond. The flowers are such amazing quality and last ages, always so pretty and very well priced.

Our family has used Homeland for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fabulous flowers, same day delivery and service with a smile. What more could you want.

I wanted a bouquet of Carnations & Homeland's looked the best. My recipient sent me a photo of her flowers & I have to say they looked better than the photo, really fresh & beautifully arranged & reasonably priced too. It was my first time using Homeland but certainly won't be the last

01:06:26. Good morning. I received my birthday bouquet of flowers on Friday, 29th May in a very poor condition, even the delivery driver was upset at the state of the poor packaging. Some of the flowets were dead and this morning, 1st June, the majority are dead. Photos attached. I hadn't told my daughter who bought them ut I am now going to because I'm very upset at the state of the flowers. I certainly don't recommend this company if the flowers are to be posted out.

Sarah & all the staff were so helpful when choosing the funeral flowers for mum & Dad who passed away soon after each other. We had put in our first order & then had to add & change some of the others. Sarah was so helpful when our 12 year old daughter wanted to choose one & pulled different shades of purple which helped her decide. The 2 identical large crosses looked amazing. Have used this company a few times now via Amazon. the quality of the flowers has been exceptional, packaging was great and the flowers lasted over two weeks. Thank you all concerned in providing a great service and fantastic flowers.

I was sent flowers from you via Amazon for Valentines Day. 2 of the 3 roses are dead. The bulk of the bouquet is leaf, foliage and stem. Some of the blooms are bent and crushed, or are so small they are hidden in the green filling. For £36 this is a total rip off. Sad for me, but sadder for my husband who is so disappointed.

Administration 10/10 delivery 0/10 they did not arrive - cancelled and refunded then told they would be delivered a day late ( 3 days after prep!) despite cancellation. Unable to leave a review on their website. I will not use them again.
