Don't believe it's in stock
Ordered an item in July that their website was in stock. The next day I got a phone call to say it woukd be September the 5th before it was in port so I could have a refund or wait so I decided I'd wait to then be told over a month later that it won't be in port until the 10th of October. I wouldn't order off this site again, why say it is in stock when it isn't and leave people waiting months. Terrible service. It's still showing in stock today the 13th of August on your site.

We are sorry that you are disappointed. As discussed our website doesn't display items as 'in stock' as we don't hold stock, we order it in from our suppliers.
Once your order was placed with our supplier and we had been notified that it was out of stock, we contacted you to advise it was an estimated re-stock date and offered an alternative or a full refund. Delays on containers due to the port are unfortunately beyond our control. We updated you as soon as we received information of the delay.
The item is displayed as Pre-order for October delivery on our website. Apologies again for the inconvenience.

We bought a mid sleeper for our daughter. We haven't opened it yet as it is a bday present but the experience was great so far. The price was better than a local shop and free delivery helped as well

The formed glass coffee table I'd ordered (& long wanted) arrived timely & with plenty of notice. It was packaged robustly & brought into the house by two careful, efficient & friendly delivery men. The girl who took my order was sooo helpful. They didn’t have the colour I wanted online so she was able to help me put it through and changed it over the phone and as for delivery I could not believe how quick it came when I had been quoted 6-8 weeks from another company it was also free delivery that the other company was charging €150 for so I was absolutely delighted with the savings.

I recently needed a new bed and dealt with Mickeala over the phone. She went to a lot of effort to find what I needed and arranged for it to be delivered at very short notice. The delivery men were very helpful as well.
