I think they’re scamming booking company.They took the money and send messages and emails like other company but nothing comes up.I have no appointments for the test at all.The number is fake because the guy is crazy to service you in he way.I was shocking with all of that till now.I don’t know if I can have my money back.Everyone have to very careful with this company.😂

Trinity test SELT b1 should be £150 but in this website they charges you £300 and for some reason it’s been allowed to happen. These people should be stopped and banned immediately from charging people on extortionate rate

Do NOT use them. Go straight to the relevant websites, in my case to Trinity College London and book yourself a test for HALF the price. Cancellation fee is exorbitant.
They deserve 0 stars. No one is available to answer phone call or respond to an email. I have waited for them to get back to me in 24 hours which clearly says on their website. This doesn't happen and waited an other day no response. I don't understand how comes everyone has pleasant reviews.The reviews doesn't reflect their true picture. I have called, email and send messages to their offline chat, " which is always remains offline" and I do not understand what's the point having a system in place when no one is available to respond or reply to customer queries. They need to shutdown this poor appointment system or improve customer satisfaction buy providing the service which they deserve & it's not free everyone is paying extra compare to the UKIV site. I recommend to everyone if you wanted to waste your time, money & get on top extra stress then go ahead and book your exam through their system.
Every part of the process was dealt with quckly and efficiently by very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend to anyone else to use this service.
