Well priced, poor service

Items appear well priced though the service I received was poor.
Ordered a bin and the delivery charge was for next day delivery if ordered before 2pm. I placed the order early morning.
I then received an email to say they were dispatching 24 hours later than they should have done with no apology and would receive 4 days after the promised delivery date.
I emailed to ask why, a blase response received and they asked if I wanted to cancel it. I replied saying a disappointing first experience and not to cancel it.
I have found out this morning that they have decided to cancel the order even though I had not asked them to.
Very disappointed!

amazing!!!

After a very bad experience on another website I found the same bin on this website... and wow!!! Amazing service! Ordered yesterday lunch time and just had a text (less than 24 hours later) saying bin successfully delivered. I only paid for the standard delivery. Really really pleased!! Wish I had found this website first! Thank you!

Excellent company

I phoned Home Recycling before ordering and found them efficient and friendly. Their website is simple and easy to use. The Simple Human Dual recycler bin arrived on the day expected and I am very pleased with it.
I would definately recommend this company as they are very fast and can deliver when promised. The bin is also excellent and fits well under the sink.
