Paul has been helping us out with our washing machines and tumble dryers for about 20 years now, and we have always found him to be knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy.

Paul Carrs was great at diagnosing the fault on my Miele washing machine, it’s now running well, and he was quick to respond to the call-out. He also has fitted my integrated cooker, dishwasher and microwave perfectly. He is efficient and tidy and we definitely recommend Hometech Domestic Appliances.

Paul was an excellent help in solving our cooker issue. Quick to respond and very reasonably priced, even suggesting a cheaper fix than might have been needed. Would highly recommend him for any appliance issue you might have.

I have been using Paul for the last 4 years, and is my go-to company for anything domestic appliance related. If it can be fixed, he’ll fix it. If it’s beyond economical repair, he’ll let you know immediately. With his experience, he let’s me know which products to buy when not economically repairable so that I can enjoy trouble-free reliability and maintainability in the future. This is key when running Holiday Let’s, where a single hour of dead machine feels like the heavens have fallen in for the guests. Thank you for the oven repair yesterday.

I wanted to thank Paul for helping me through the problem with my Bosch dishwasher. Over the phone he was able to guide me through a very easy repair, one that I was certainly not aware of, neither it would appear are other professionals in his business! Paul offered the advice free of charge and was even prepared to follow up to see that the repair was complete. I don't know how many other businesses would have taken the same approach but it is heart warming to see that there is at least one!

Reliable, excellent product knowledge and job completed at the quoted price and really good workman ship. Very good value for money. Under these difficult Covid-19 times. Paul was always the professional and maintained social distancing.

I needed a fast response for a repair to my cooker. I took a leap of faith with Paul (Home Tech) and glad I did. He explained my options fully, Came.out next day to repair. Whilst here I had another problem which I asked for advice/ repair and Paul sorted that out for me at the same time with no charge. Excellent and professional service. Paul at Hometech has been repairing appliances for me for many years now. He is highly knowledgeable about various appliances (Miele, Liebherr) while being highly professional and efficient, particularly in a crisis. He has also very honestly told me when it is time to repair or buy a new appliance. I know I can absolutely trust him to take care of appliances while I am away and my house is rented. I honestly could not recommend him highly enough.
