Wrong payment type
Tried making my payment with my credit card, but it went through paypal and when i contacted customer service they were NOT helpful. I never was even directed to paypals website to confirm

This company rewards and gives affiliate cash for recommending it in articles. I didn’t know that before buying. I did basic research and saw several sites with positive reviews and took a chance. This product doesn’t do anything to remove hair. It’s just a plastic device with a light that blinks. If that wasn’t bad enough, they don’t honor any type of satisfaction guarantee or refund period. To return the device, you have to submit a video of your unused device along with an explanation of why you are returning it. If they approve it (hint-they never will) they will authorize a refund after you pay postage back to china. I regret doing business with this company. They bully people who leave poor reviews, but i will leave this up as long as I’m able. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Edit: in response to the company reply, I would love to return the item but I will not make a video for you. You refuse to provide a returns address. I will continue to contest this transaction because you are a scammer.

We accepted your request for a return, but you didn't get back to us for many weeks or send the item to our warehouse.
We reached out to you, yet no response. You filed a dispute with your bank, but they declined your request because you had failed to return the item.
Our product comes with one year warranty and 30 days return policy.
We operate locally within US territory. We're a US brand, not China.
