Hominter Tiles Paid & Never Received
I paid for tiles on 08/02/2022. Still nothing for over a month. No shipping information. No phone number to call. No response to messages on website or emails. Order on site says processed, but nothing. Requesting refund through Paypal.

I am very pleased with my purchase from Hominter. My backsplash tiles are exactly what I want to make my kitchen truly one of a kind. I can’t wait to get started!
My shipment arrived very quickly and, I believe, with no broken pieces. (I haven’t opened each box but the boxes appear undamaged.)

Beautiful tile!
The tile arrived today and it is absolutely beautiful! Just like it was pictured. I only gave 4 stars because of the communication problems with the company to start with. I am very please with the tile. None broken. Packaged very well.

Did not deliver all of my tiles and some of the tiles were damaged. I requested a return and refund but they are not cooperating.

Tiles damaged
A large portion of tiles I purchased arrived broken & shattered. There was not much packing/protection between sheets of tiles and 75% of sheets were damaged. Customer service response has been very delayed; causing a major delay of my house project. They wanted to send out individual single pieces of tile and have me take off damaged ones and glue on the new ones to the currently damaged sheets. This is not what I paid for. Disappointed and lost money.

I’ve been waiting for my package going…
I’ve been waiting for my package going on 3 weeks. I contacted them asking about my package they told me I would get a tracking number. Here it is a week later and I still haven’t got a tracking number. I’m starting to believe this is a scam. Customer service sucks the communication is horrible. This was just a bad idea all the way around

Great customer service. I was finishing a shower tile job and my tile at the local tile store was back ordered three weeks. I ordered my tile Monday from Hominter and received it on Thursday. The job was finished by Friday. I would definitely use them again
