I am so disappointed with this compan, I still have not received my purchase and I emailed asking for the status of my order and a delivery date. I never received a response back. If I don't hear back soon, I will request a refund for non-dellivery. Poor customer service!

My tiles are simply AMAZING! I love that the ordering process was easy, I was given an estimated delivery schedule, and the tiles were sent out promptly. The color and vibrancy were as clear as the sample that I ordered a year ago. Unfortunately, I was out of town when they arrived and it stormed the next day. However, the packaging was done so well that the box remained in tact and I was able to pick it up and move it without any damage to the tiles. Although I have not gone through each tile, the wrapping appears to have been done so as not to scratch or break the tiles. I appreciate the service and would order from them again without hesitation.

BEAUTIFUL tile

The tile we purchased is awesome! Everyone who sees it loves it! I would definitely recommend purchasing the gray and teal backsplash tile - it looks just like the picture!

I ordered a large order. The tile was exactly what I ordered but when it was delivered, the shipper just threw it over the fence and shattered it all. I contacted hominter and told them what happened, sent them pictures of the damaged tiles and they sent me replacements for each broken one. They were good to us. Thank you for your great customer service!

I thought time to deliver seemed too long.
However, it was around holiday season so it was somewhat understandable. I suspect it came directly from China.

The company from viewing on the internet appeared to an impressive fabricator in China of tiles.

I like the product and was a mosaic black and cream tile. It was the only one of its kind, style and stone I could find worldwide.

In spite of the delay I would recommend.

I'm so happy it was exactly what I hope for. The color the texture is everything. My Carpenter has already started adding it to my kitchen! I'm so excited

I ordered late and they sped the process up so that I would receive my backsplash when my remodel started.

I needed an additional 33 sq. ft of tile in the middle of my project and they sent them right away

I just can't thank them enough. My kitchen is beautiful

I created an account and submitted my order and it stated processing for about two weeks. I reached out on email and through their website and no response and there is no phone number to contact the company. Finally I was able to get in touch with someone via online chat, they shipped my purchase without shipping information until a few days later. The tile is beautiful, however it is very thin. My contractor was able to work with it but due to the tile being very thin, he had to return the next day to apply the grout which caused someone to be home to let him in. Overall we are satisfied with the way it looked but I probably will not patronize this company in the future.
