Shame on you

Shame on you! I buy a lawnmower, and I think I'll go for the Honda name; it doesn't matter that it is more expensive than similar products. Well, less than 6 months the drive belt for the back wheels falls off with some signs of damage. I take it to an authorised repair shop where they tell me Honda doesn't cover the expense, its a normal wear and tear problem not covered by the warranty. Now, the repair is peanuts, just 500 kr, but the reputation you had with me is ruined. How cheap can you be to refuse to cover a problem in warranty for 500 or and risk shaming yourself?!
Next week I'll go and get myself another lawnmower, and I'll throw my little Honda in the fjord, that's how disgusted I am with them not standing by their warranty obligations and attempts to weasle out of even the smallest expense.

Poor after sales by Honda

I am the customer to Terminalen for the past 9 years started with the purchase of Honda Civic in 2009. I can see very clearly there is a huge difference from those days to now in handling your customers after sales. During the sales you guys shows heaven and then afterwards it is a hell to deal with you all.

I got a new Honda two years ago from Aarhus. Where every second month it went to service center with electronics failure. One time it has to stand there for more than a months as they could not figure out the problem. This is all happened during the warranty but how it is good enough for not taking these to Honda seriously and support customer, if the warranty runs off then it is an expensive act on my pocket,

You are very focused on selling but very poor in handling the after sales service, it is easy to loose a customer but very hard to add one. I also heard from another customer today that it is becoming worse after sales support.

My car was standing at the service center more than at my parking place. It has driven more Kilometers to service center than the in general.

Honda is not at reacting and it is very strange behavior.Ultimately I am planning to leave Terminalen as well as Honda.
