Beware of Shipping Charges

Is nice that they have all the parts for any Honda model, but beware, they don't disclose shipping charges. I ordered a side view mirror cap, a small part that probably weights 4 oz. The part was $30 and they never showed the shipping charges, when I paid through PayPal it did not let you review before finalizing buy and went straight to purchase made. To find out they charged $24 for shipping from TX to California. The postage is probably $6 to $7.

No phone number to call

No phone number to call. No way to reach a live person. Not helpful for regular honda owners to purchase the parts at a discount rather than at the dealership.

Stay away unless you have experience in parts ordering

The ordering system is not geared to average consumer, you better know what you are doing. Customer support is terrible. Not reachable by phone. Slow responses. NOT user friendly for car owners. Might be different story if you have worked in a parts department at some time.
