Got the g20 pro

Got the g20 pro, it did work, especially with pet hair. The suction power is strong. The App is simple to control. The battery life is decent, but could be longer for larger homes.

Please stay far away from this deceptive Chinese…

Please stay far away from this Chinese company that has very deceptive return/refund policy information on its website, no customer service phone number, and totally unhelpful off-topic responses to email inquiries and requests.

In mid-August, 2025, I made the mistake of ordering the P7 Pro cordless vacuum directly from Honiture. as it wasn't available from Amazon at the time. My wife and I are in our 80s, and needed a lightweight vacuum. Unlike most websites, Honiture's doesn't disclose the product weight, and we were shocked at the almost 10 pound weight of their P7 Pro model. We only opened the box to assess the weight, but everything remained as is and unused. I immediately emailed Honiture about the situation and requested a label and information to return their vacuum. Honiture's website stated "30-Day Guarantee.... Full refund if undamaged Honiture goods within 30 days." Honiture promptly replied that no returns or refunds are possible if the package was opened (however slightly), and that their website was updated regarding opened packages, which was definitely not the case when I purchased their vacuum 2 weeks prior!

Honiture's website also promoted a price-matching guarantee. I then found on Amazon (which 3 weeks earlier wasn't showing the P7 Pro) a much cheaper price of $129.99, which I sent to Honiture and requested a price match.....it's been over 2 weeks, and no response from Honiture.

Buyers beware!

I happened to catch this website and

I happened to catch this website and since the price was not high, I placed an order to give it a try. The T10 robot vacuum has smart obstacle avoidance and can clean along walls and in corners without missing a spot. Hair doesn’t get tangled, operation is intelligent and simple, and it has strong battery life with auto recharging.

Good vacuum. Bad app.

Good vacuum, but the app leaves a lot to be desired and has bugs. Cannot split rooms, merge rooms, or set room order. When I wrote them they wanted to know where I bought my 'malfunctioning machine', then stopped answering. More to come if my vacuum dies like it has for some reviewers here (i.e...not the bots).

Good product, good people, good service

Everything about my experience with these folks has been wonderful. First of all I love the vacuum. Then I needed to order an extra battery and that was no problem. Then I decided I was going to get some extra filters just because they're handy. It makes work so easy and the people are so nice to work with.

Honiture abysmal customer services

Bought. V8 pro robotic vacuum cleaner, loved it easy to set up and run. Used everyday great for dog hair. Stopped working properly after 6 months, would miss some rooms or not find way to docking station, problems got gradually worse.

Contacted Honiture on line to try and get help, they suggested various thing to try none of which worked. This took over two weeks to run through, would reply to their email and not hear again for another day, back and forwards getting know where. Finally they said I did not buy directly from them and should return to where I purchased it from. When I sent them proof from their own web site with my details stored there that showed I did buy it directly from them they just stopped answering my emails. Would definitely buy another robotic vacuum but not from them and possibly not from an online only business.

DEPLORABLE customer service

DEPLORABLE customer service! Customer service seems to be nonexistent. I have reached out a number of times through the website and through email without receiving a response. The Honiture V8 Pro gave an impressive performance to begin with. Before, the year’s warranty was up, the vacuum failed to be efficient. It would not adhere to the programmed map, wandered aimlessly, would not navigate rises that were no problem in the early months. This was a huge disappointment in spite of regular maintenance and cleaning. Disappointed sums up my feelings about being ignored by the company’s customer service. I had higher expectations of the company’s integrity.

Do not buy anything from Honiture, bad customer support and low quality products!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a vacuum bot from them in 2023 and already had minor issues in the beginning, when I wrote a detailed review they emailed me and asked me to take it down and would pay me in return. Now the bot won’t work at all and the support is not reacting to any inquiries and I’m unable to edit my review on Amazon because it was blocked, very suspicious.. Please just buy a bot from good companies like Dreame or Roborock.

A Great Product Undermined by Zero Customer Support.

I'm conflicted about this product. On one hand, the device itself is excellent for the price. The suction power is surprisingly strong, the battery life is perfectly acceptable for my needs, and the value is undeniable.
However, my unit developed a significant flaw where the power modes started cycling on their own from high to low. The biggest disappointment has been the complete lack of customer support. I have tried to contact the company through multiple channels to resolve this under warranty, but I have received no response whatsoever.
Conclusion: It's a classic case of "you get what you pay for." You might get a perfect unit and be thrilled with the value. But if anything goes wrong, be prepared to be on your own.

Hopeless service. Will never use again.

Battery charger stopped working after around 10 charges. Ordered a new one plus a spare battery. The charger took three weeks to arrive but the battery was not received at all. No response from customer service at all.

Terrible product and nonexistent customer service

I purchased the Honiture V8 pro robot vacuum, and it worked well for about 4 months and then would just run in circles or give an error message about not being on an even surface even though it was on hardwood floors. I tried all the ideas in the manual for fixing it but none of them worked. I tried reaching out to Honiture at least 5 times through different methods (website, different emails they provided) over several months but didn't hear back even once. This product is garbage and the company has no customer service despite offering a "warranty."

Useless piece of equipment

Useless piece of equipment. Like most people on here I am absolutely disgusted with the vacuum cleaner. it has no suction and cuts off after a few seconds of use. I have contacted them requesting to return the item for a refund and they have totally ignored my emails. Fortunately I paid through Klarna and they have suspended the payments while investigating. DO NOT waste your money
