Bought 3 tickets, in good faith, for hop on hop off bus in Haugesand, Norway, last friday to view the town on saturday. However, due to severe weather conditions forecast, the captain of the P&O ship, Arcadia, decided it was best not to dock at Haugesand. I requested a refund, hoping they would understand my request due to the circumstances that occured. I neve got neither an acknowledgment nor a reply from them😡 £100 is a lot of money to lose for something that was unforseen and which occured, and they obviously knew that the ship did NOT pull into port on saturday, 11th July😠 Shame on the bastards, it should read 0 stars!

Do not buy tickets from this company in Madrid. They do not operate the buses and do not provide support. We purchased a tour, but then the buses were so full we couldn't use the service. The bus driver told us to call City tour (the operator) for a refund. They sent us back to this company, who went back to City tour. In the end, they took our money, we stood at a stop for over an hour, then no room on the bus. Ruined our day in Madrid. The best they would do was say we could use the ticket later in the year, which is worthless. It also turned out that the operator stopped selling tickets because it had sold out.

Got the 24 hour ticket in Iceland. The hardest part was finding the first bus stop. It was a little expensive (but that could just be the Iceland aspect of it)

Once we found a paper map life became much easier. It had a qr code that showed where the buses were in real time. The buses were every 45 minutes. We hopped on three times, just missed it twice so walked to our next destination. If you hopped on and off at all the sites the day pass is no where near enough and I would recommend the 48 hour pass. The bad thing about it was it dropped us at a museum at 4pm and the last bus was at 4.45. No time to walk around and get out to catch it. If it ran later than 5.30 it would be much better.

I had a great experience overall. The website was easy to use, and the staff was very helpful in answering all my questions. Everything was well organized, and I would definitely use their services again.

Took a hop off hop on bus tour in Paris from Isango and had the best experience. The tour is worth taking if you are short on time, but still want to explore most of the touristy spots. We left on time and got an ample time to see places, click pictures and see Paris at our own pace. Loved the tour and will highly recommend.

I have booked a London hop-on hop-off bus tour, and it was quite good as compared to wat i actually expected.

Good customer service. I called isango to resolve a question, and the customer service team helped me without any problem. They were friendly, professional, and solved my doubt quickly. Very good experience.

Do not use this company!!
Horrific experience. No customer service. No empathy. No care. Only interested in taking your money and then not offering the service.
This is my second review as Isango flagged my original review as “defamatory” lol. Photos, emails, payments to back up my honest experience. Just do not use this company. They are a scam. They are deceitful and they will offer a service they have not intention of ensuring they make available to you. Just look at the magnitude of other negative reviews and listen to them!!

Tip: buy your tickets separately.

My partner and I purchased 2 tickets but you only get 1 receipt. That's fine if you don't get separated but, unfortunately, we did get separated when my partner hopped off at Stop 4 with most of the other passengers for what the guide states is a 10 minute photo stop. I stayed on the bus due to mobility issues so it was a shock when the bus pulled away after everyone had disembarked. I had the receipt so my partner couldn't get the next bus. Instead, I had to disembark at stop 5 and wait for him to walk to me. He told me that the other passengers had also been shocked when the bus pulled away. We waited at Stop 5 for the next bus so we could rejoin the tour but the next bus to arrive didn't stop at all so nobody was allowed to get off and the group of us now waiting couldn't get on. My partner and i gave up and walked the rest of the way, mobility issues and all.
We complained to the staff when we got back to the kiosk by the ship and they told us there is nowhere on the route that has a 10 minute stop so we pointed out the wording on their brochure. When we also informed them about the bus that didn't stop at Stop 5 they tried to blame roadworks in the city causing road closures!!! I told them the bus had arrived but hadn't stopped - nothing to do with road closures.
So, £68 paid for 2 of us to be left stranded and no valuable use.

We have used this service in Stavanger and in Alesund on this same cruise and this was the worst experience of all.

We absolutely do not recommend and hope most people read the reviews before making a decision.

Do not take this hoho at Liston under any circumstances. It is over priced and the company are liars. Absolute sharks.

We bought a ticket on our last day for the touristic bus in Barcelona. The voucher did not download despite us and the ticket checker attempting to download. We had to buy another ticket but hoponhopoffbus (Isango) refused to refund. We thought we were buying from a reputable Barcelona company. Beware

Save your money and take local buses instead. Local transportation is much cheaper and have air conditioning that works. The buses throw a lot of hot air. Out of the four buses we took in 48 hours only one had decent A/C. We bought the 2 day bus and found it to be a waste on time and money. In the high temperatures of Seville it’s difficult to wait a half hour for the bus. You have no idea if you missed it or you should continue to wait as there is no schedule posted nor they have an app to help you with schedules. We were told by the agent at a tourist office who sold us the ticket, that the run every 10 minutes which is absolutely not true. Also the discounts included are worthless and you have to make reservations in advance. Do not waste your money.

Probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
I bought a Hop On Hop Off tour for Barcelona with the Sagrada Familia.
The time slot I picked was unavailable so I received an email from the company asking if another time worked for me, or if I’d like a full refund.
I agreed to a full refund for the entire ticket, only to find out they’ve given a partial refund and refuse to refund the full amount even though I never used the bus tour due to them saying it was cancelled and I was getting a full refund.
I’m out $120AUD due to the incompetence of their staff.

If you are only offering a partial refund, state that. Do not try to gaslight your customers by saying you were only going to refund one part of it all along, when it clearly states in the email YOU wrote that you were giving a FULL refund.

Seriously - I wouldn’t recommend. If you’re in Barcelona, choose the other bus company.

I booked a 48 hr hop on hop off in Florence. Used service to get from train station to my accommodation. Lost my ticket but still had voucher. Only 2-3 hours later but they said I would have to buy a new ticket. Even the same bus. Contacted the company but they wouldn’t do anything for me
