What can i say... whatever you do, dont open an account!! Give you every excuse under the sun why your withdrawal cant be processed! I withdrew on the 20th November and received today having chased 30 plus times. Shambles of a company and its a fraud in disguise... stay well away

Payment delays which are totally unacceptable. they currently owe me GBP2k.

Signed up and have had one bonus from 180 pounds and won 1.80 from the bonus! Awful payouts bonus rounds turned off. Avoid!! I don't expect to win all the time but 10 to nought in less than 5 minutes on 20p spins really???

Site is useless and just said they cancelled the bonus and the lady on the chat said there's nothing they can do even though it's what they're advertising?!?!

Deposited 100pound didn't get my cash match bonus spoke to help they were terrible told me I didn't opt in and there is nothing they can do
So out of my hundred pound in they took 2 pound something in fees I then told them to shut my account down and refund my deposit and was charged for this aswell. Please stay away from this site

Absolute rip off do not join they totally ripped me off. I deposited for a bonus and 100 free spins i got the bonus but no free spins. When i contacted chat for help they were flippent and said tough we cant help. Total disregard for customers. I deposited a good amount and they cant even hounor there promise.Be warned dont join.

Avoid this company at all costs as they simply shouldn't be allowed to offer a betting service to customers. They advertise that new customers who deposit and bet £10 or more will get a free £15 bet. When you come to claim your free bet they inform you that you are not entitled as you had a free bet previously with one of their associated or sister companies. Why don't they do that at registration stage? The answer is simply, they are trying and succeeding in screwing unsuspecting customer.

Use a reputable betting company and avoid Hopa or any other of their dodgy associated companies.

i very rarely review a business in any industry good or bad as i prefer ppl to make up their own minds but hopa are a special kind of awful
1) the only company i know that charges you to actually deposit with them you actually couldnt make this up (i was charged 50p to deposit 20 pounds a small amount but why in the hell are they charging ppl to use there product)
2 when you eventually get a chnce to use their "website" expect an experience more suited to late 90s dial up broadband it is painfully slow and often logs you out during the process of placing a bet
3) success i won 20 pounds now time to cut my losses withdraw and run, hahaha no chance any withdrawal needs to be approved by a member of their team and remember it costs you a pound to withdraw your own money.
In summary dont even think you will get your welcome bonus and the only positive i take from the whole experience is i only deposited 20 pounds with these absolute jokers

I don't normally write reviews but I came in here to check hopa reviews and they were so awful I was convinced I was going to loose my winnings... I joined hopa on Thursday. Won 400 quid from a 20 deposit. I withdrew 350 and it hit my bank Saturday morning! Live chat have been great with all the worries I had after reading these horror stories! I do not work for them and am not in no way connected to them. 10/10 from me!

Personally for me they were excellent, apart from the fact you have to pay a fee when withdrawing which is an issue, I like the site and withdrawals are very fast. Hope I don’t experience the negatives like others seem to

So just as a warning, I signed up for ‘NextCasino’ as they had a nice welcome offer. Followed all the links and made a deposit (with an added fee). My welcome offer didn’t appear. Spoke to an advisor who said that if you’ve ever joined one of their affiliates sites and had a bonus, you don’t get one. Apparently I’d joined Hopa (must have been so long ago (years) and I’ve never played there since joining obviously.
So, I went and looked at all the affiliates sites (huge list of ones that are defunct now too.) So as a new customer, you’re meant to know the list of all other affiliated sites before joining and depositing, or you get nothing.
I withdrew my money I had deposited and there was a charge for that also.

In total I actually lost money to deposit - and then have my money back to leave. Great business. Also, takes 2 days to even authorise my withdrawal request so I won’t be seeing my money for a while.

scam entice you in to a sports book offer bet 10 get 15 allow bets to settle then deny you the free bet citing some nonsense about casinos they own. Avoid at any cost!

Quite simply the worst betting site I have encountered, atrocious site,takes ages to load ,appalling customer service, they dont answer your emails and their online chat is a joke,still awaiting payout for a bet that was over a week ago,this is a firm that needs its license revoked as it is little more than a scam firm,very quick to take your money but extremely slow to pay out if they ever do,AVOID at all costs.

Really bad site. Placed one bet and denied the welcome offer. They gave no reason.
Besides that, the site is so so slow. It takes about an hour to deposit and place a bet. Waste of time and money.

Hopa.com are the worst I have ever experienced at paying when they owe you. I have been trying to get my winnings for over a week. So much for their pay in 24 hrs claims.
