Took 7 days to deliver, did not arrive in time.
Ordered on a Monday, for my dinner party on Saturday. According to their website, dispatch takes 2-3 days and Royal Mail takes 2 days. So it should’ve arrived on time. It did not arrive until the following week. Paid £3.50 for delivery to take over a week when it was only between Buckinghamshire and Manchester. And another £3.50 to return. What’s the point ?
Will not be buying from here again

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that you are unhappy, however your order was delivered within the 5-6 working day time frame that we advertise. 2-3 working days for dispatch and 2-3 working days for Royal Mail delivery. Your order was delivered on working day 5.
Regarding your location, unfortunately Royal Mail do not take into consideration distance from collection address and all orders are treated the same unless an upgrade in service is paid for.
Sadly the postal charges are expensive and this is something that is out of our control as the prices are set by whichever courier/postal service you choose for the return.
Our postage charge covers the cost that we pay to post the order. We do not make a profit from our postage charge.
