Serious concerns regarding property…

Serious concerns regarding property transfer
I am a family member of a client who used Horizon Law in relation to a property transfer.
In my experience, there were significant issues, including references to a Deed of Trust that was never produced despite fees being charged, and a lack of clear documentation when the file was later requested.
This has resulted in an ongoing legal dispute and considerable distress to our family.
I would advise others to ensure all protections and documents are properly completed and independently verified.
Even though our experience was 2014 it is still on going . Please take care or you may end up in the same boat as our family.
