Caro cliente, scopriamo solo ora da una recensione della taglia sbagliata. Nessuno ci ha mai avvertito del problema. Abbiamo controllato tutti i nostri canali, che sono numerosi, attraverso cui il cliente può comunicare, ma non c'è nulla. Noi possiamo fare degli errori e siamo sempre pronti a rimediare. ma ancora non possiamo leggere nel pensiero. la preghiamo quindi di contattarci e noi saremo disponibili come sempre a risolvere il problema. inoltre per concludere lei parla di taglia sbagliata, ma a noi risulta corretta secondo la sua richiesta. quindi è sbagliata perchè a lei non veste correttamente?. Ci faccia sapere e noi risolveremo. Non ci sembra comunque corretto valutarci con una stella per qualcosa di cui nemmeno siamo stati messi al corrente.
