Misinformation advised of shortage coming from Sweden, but ten advised order was complete, stiil not received the goods so phoned & advised that there is still a shortage so i have no idea when i will receive the goods which have been paid for in full

What a great experience, Customer Service from Sophie was brilliant and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again if I needed vending machine hose!
Delivery was fast and very easy website to use. 10/10 recommend.

Great service. Customer service team were helpful, they advised on the correct fittings to suit the hose I needed. They made up the hose assemblies for me very quickly.

Initially company did send hose, unfortunately it was nothing like the item I required. Returned that hose to them and requested that they send the correct hose. Nothing heard back from them except email "we will get back to you"

I ordered from them and when the order came it was wrong so I phoned and politely told them what was wrong only to be verbally abused . I called again and asked to speak to a manager and was put through to the same imbecile . I still have the wrong fittings and will have to get them from else where and loose the money . I would advise people to stay well clear if the manager is this rude you know they have problems
