Excellent Service

The stainless clamps and jubilee clips have proved excellent in use and are sturdy well made products.
The price was very competitive and the products were delivered on time and I was kept informed of progress at all times .
I would definitely recommend this company and it’s great range of products.

Great communication

Great communication, unfortunately part they believed to be in stock was missing. They made immediate contact and suggested an alternative. Sorted.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. One of the parts I required was out of stock, but the company emailed me straight away (when they were supposed to be shut between Christmas and New Year) to explain and offer a full refund or an alternative product, which I was happy to accept.
As an ex sales manager my maxim was "always keep the customer informed, whether it's good or bad news". This company obviously believes the same, and for that they get my vote.

The order was delivered very quickly…

The order was delivered very quickly and efficiently. I would have given 5 stars but the quality of the hose ordered was not really heavy duty and I probably could have got a similar product cheaper elsewhere.

Great other than........

Great other than I miss receiving the handwritten note of thanks for placing an order and also the 'free' notepad gift.
