Hostaway is good!

I am very pleased with my Hostaway experience so far. Mel was my onboarding agent. She was so attentive and professional. Very supportive.

I debated whether it would be worth it to sign up with Hostaway for quite some time, and I believe that when I did finally join, I made a good decision.

Integration assistancen with Krish

For Krish, Really great support experience. She was knowledgeable, patient, and ensured everything was properly set up on our end. The VRBO integration process was smooth, and all our questions were addressed promptly. Appreciate the help!

Shakira Ifthikir kept looked into my…

Shakira Ifthikir kept looked into my issue that I have been trying to get resolved for over a week! No one would get on a call to assist. On Saturday I was able to speak to someone but his connection was disrupted so I couldn't hear him. I got disconnected from Airbnb so had to be escalated. I am trying to add CHBO and Shakira stuck with me and is keeping the ticket open to make sure all is resolved. Thank you.

In regards to Hostaway saying they are available live support 24/7 is disappointing. I try to text because when I call I wait 35-45 minutes each time. We pay alot to not have good service. Grateful that Shakira was willing to speak to me and find resolution.

Right from the start there were issues…

Right from the start there were issues & their response back was lagging. From the minute I onboarded they just couldn't get my channels to sync with the same price for each room across the board. It wass weird. Then, every single time I'd block dates off in the calendar to go away on vacation, bookings would still come in for those dated & it was super stressful dealing with the stress of managing that error from a holiday away from my main computer. Help was, meh. At one point I started to think they were messing with me because I was playing whack-a-mole dealing with pricing issues, double bookings & odd automated messages coming up. I emailed with a question....they passed me off on a different team & two weeks later I got a dull response....I wanted to cancel without having to give the 30 day notice & they are still charging my credit card so have to deal with that now. Don't do it. Hostaway is a hassle.
