Cancelled my booking last minute due to work commitments, booking could not be cancelled and still charge us in full even though we've phoned up to cancel it or try to move it a day forward. Pathetic terms and conditions, I wondered, what if someone booked a hotel and is flying in from some where but the flight had to be cancelled due to some unforeseen circumstances, would they still charge in full? Would not recommend it to anyone. Just a ripoff. Terms and conditions should be reviewed especially the cancellation bit.

Easily found hostels that were available, with reasonable prices. Booking was incredibly easy and got confirmation in a heartbeat. Definitely Recommended

The service is smooth, quick and simple with prices which are equivalent to other similar websites. The ability to only put down a 12% deposit made booking a group booking much easier.

I came across the site by accident, and not having had success with Couchsurfing or Airbnb accommodations over the end-of-year holidays, was lucky I did. Found a great place at a great price in almost no time. The website was very user-friendly and I was set in a matter of moments. I will definitely be more than a "one-time" user.

Really can't complain when the price is so cheap. The facilities were good and clean. The staff are very friendly and provide events for those staying in the hostel. Centrally located to everything downtown.

I booked a 4 bed dorm and was put in a 6 bed in the hostel and heard that I was apparently not the only one who that happened to.

Found a cheaper, higher rated hostel through here that wasn't available on HostelWorld.com, which is usually where I book my hostels. The reviews from other users are very helpful and I will definitely be using this site again!
