So simple, so easy, so cheap!
Just heard about this website on a podcast whilst I had expedia, booking.com and hotels.com open. Went straight to this site, searched the city I was looking at, clicked on the filters I wanted and it threw up 4 perfect places. Like the title says, so simple, so easy, so cheap!

Pretty good
It was a simple procedure to find out and book the right hostel. Only point is the payment protection is offered on the down payment only which sometimes becomes unnecessary; for example, for the down payment of GBP 2.64 we have to pay GBP 1.5!

Simple and easy interface
The booking process is fast and simple - information is clearly indicated, there are no booking fees, and the reservation came to my email quickly. One thing I would change is to clarify the cancellation process, ie: indicate exactly which fees are refundable and under which circumstances.

Easy and Quick
Everything is easily laid out to see and compare. It's always easy to read the fine print, so you know what you're getting into! This makes my feel confident when booking hostels. Also only 12% deposit is required, not too much to stress about but enough to secure your spot, good for peace of mind!
I like how the confirmations are always quick, and easy to keep track of.
