We understand how serious this situation is, and we’re sorry for the disruption.

The incident affected part of our **shared (virtual) hosting infrastructure**, which is currently undergoing recovery. Our team has been working continuously to restore services and data as quickly as possible.

At this stage:
— restoration is ongoing
— affected shared hosting servers are being brought back online gradually
— no confirmed signs of data exfiltration have been detected

We fully understand the impact of downtime and are doing everything possible to complete recovery as soon as possible.

Up for your judgment

Out of nowhere permanently locked me out of my account where I had paid 200$ worth of services and set up servers with "no right for refund" due to "SEO cloaking in htaccess".

I have contacted specified in the response email for my partial refund and as for Apr 21 still got no response ...

The account in question was suspended following a review that identified multiple violations of our Terms of Service, including the use of infrastructure for IP rotation and traffic routing in a manner associated with restriction circumvention, as well as a pattern of repeatedly provisioning new services while leaving previous ones unpaid.

These points were confirmed by the client during the support conversation.

We are willing to issue a partial refund for unused services as a goodwill gesture. However, since the account is currently suspended, we kindly ask you to contact us at manager@hostlife.net to proceed with the refund.

We do not provide services for activities that violate our acceptable use policies, and all actions were taken in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Good hosting

Good hosting that has been proven over the years. Very fast technical support, they respond even at night. They always help promptly with any questions that arise. I'll probably never leave them.

Superb! A hidden gem.

We moved to hostlife.net from a different hosting provider which is considered to be one of the best with 4.9/5 and 500+ reviews on trustpilot. Having issues with our website functionality, there was a big issue with loading, and getting "contact your developer for optimization" replies from hosting support team we made a decision as per our developers advise to go to hostlife.net. To say that I'm impressed with their level of support is to say nothing. Immediate (!) responses (there are several contact options: whatsapp, phone, email, skype, chat box, ticketing system), full support with migration , checking every single issue, updating, installing etc - happens with the blink of an eye. After 3 days struggling with the previous hosting company trying to solve the issue with our website down, with hostlife we did not only move to them within a couple of hours but also brought our website back to life in the same day!! The website works, pages download, there are no major issues so far. Hostlife is a hidden gem in the unlimited choices of hosting companies and we tried quite a few before from US to European ones. I will update my review after sometime as we have just started with them, and I hope that my impression will not change with the time.
