I’ve been using HostSailor for over a year. I signed up during a promotion, so the price was very affordable, but the service has been excellent.

My server has had almost no downtime. Whenever there was maintenance, they informed me in advance by email, which was very professional.

Recently, I had a small issue and contacted support through a ticket. They responded quickly and resolved the problem fast.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and would recommend HostSailor for its reliability and value.

Have been with a Mini Sailor since 2021 summer, I experienced up and down, most of the time steady sailing.
Rarely went down unless the inevitabilities stand in the way, but would eventually go up and back to normal route with even better condition, this feels surprisingly good.
4+ years outstanding experience tells me that my top 1 favorate VPS is found.

Rent a cheap VPS a long time ago, company was brought by Host Sailor, contract and machine smoothly goes to new provider Host Sailor, and get a stack upgrade.
Nevertheless, I can do everything needed from the console even if I rent the cheapest contract

I am very pleased with the stability: for several months of operation, there have never been any critical failures or long downtime. One of the better companies in Hosting business, their server are super stable, network is fast and support is great (Opened 2 tickets which were answered pretty fast.). This is my 2nd year with them and i'm planing to continue to use them. Currently have 2 beasts one in Netherlands and one in LA which performs better than expected. Thanks to HostSailor for that.

I have been with HostSailor for a few months hosting a small phpbb forum. I chose the basic Leviathan Shared Hosting in the Netherlands since my site is small. Uptime and customer service is good with responses usually within a day. HostSailor also accepts many forms of payment including Paypal and various Cryptocurrencies. Hosting comes with a cPanel and a free SSL certificate so you get the secure https in your url.

Bad servers and hight cost for nothing

I first learned about HostSailor before last year's Black Friday. I tentatively purchased a VPS and was surprised to find that its CPU performance was unexpectedly better compared to similarly priced products from most other providers. Since then, I’ve been hosting a website on it, and the stability has been excellent. I’m really looking forward to the upcoming Black Friday! Some of HostSailor’s promo VPS are absolute tiny powerhouses. You’re looking at roughly 200 Geekbench 5 points per $1, with an $11 VPS hitting around 2,000 points. The crazy part? The scores barely drop even after a year.

The performance is one of the best vps provider I've ever seen. It is so stable though the price is not high, out of my expectations. I will continue to use and buy new vpses, especially in the comming Black Friday
