Scam exchange. They blocked my account with no reason. Support team never responds. I cannot even log it to my account. Total scam, never deposit money here.

Dangerous and dishonest exchange – Hotcoin

My account on Hotcoin was blocked without any proof or explanation, citing so-called “high-frequency trading.” At the same time, they completely blocked access to my trading history and even to the account itself — I can’t log in or check my data.

Support keeps replying with the same copy-paste messages, like it’s a bot, and doesn’t actually help. They never provided any evidence for their accusations. I have screenshots of my balance and our correspondence proving the exchange’s wrongful actions.

In my opinion, this looks like a scam: blocking accounts and holding users’ funds without reason. I plan to contact international regulators and make this situation public.

I do not recommend using this platform — there is a high risk of losing your money!

This exchange that seemed okay at first and that I previously used normally suddenly blocked me from accessing my account and funds after I, as they said “illegally” profited WOW. However, when I was losing money on the same futures pair they DID NOT say a word. My story is that I finally profit on one futures pair after having several losses then I tried to withdraw part of my crypto and got “risk control”. Afterwards, they blocked me from logging in to my account at all and I have no idea how much funds I have left at the moment , I had more than 10k USDT at that moment on my balance. Exchange does NOT provide me with any useful information about the state of my funds. However, they tell me that account may be unlocked after 180 days. This is outrageous. I hope hotcoin team will reconsider this issue BUT I highly doubt…

Scammers who won't let you withdraw your hard-earned money. They took away +PNL from futures postion and blocked my account for 6 months, this is unacceptable! Although I didn't violate anything, I was just trading with my only account. They say I violated their rules and risk control.
Support doesn't help, the bot only responds with prepared messages.
Do not cooperate with them in any case! Save your money and nerves.

UPD: They unblock account ,but take away all my balance! This is the worst crypto exchange ever!!!

Got my Hotcoin account suspended for 6 months after a $943 profit on MYX. Reason? “Too frequent orders” — but no rule defines what that even means. Zero transparency. Be careful with this exchange.

My account was blocked after I made a profit, with the platform claiming “abnormal activity.” I was not provided with any evidence or a clear explanation. Support ignores my requests and does not follow their own complaint procedures. I consider this a warning for other users — the exchange appears to be fraudulent.

Do not deposit. They are scammers.
I deposited and after trading, they blocked the withdrawal and after a few days the balance became 0. Support also sends a repeated answer, that your transaction is abnormal and we blocked the funds. Is the trading abnormal? They want to steal the funds with an excuse

Trying to withdraw my funds but Hotcoin not sending me any sms code to enable my withdrawal

Sent money from Hotcoin to Bybit and my deposit got stuck. Now I have to go through the proces to make this unfreeze the funds. Bybit says that the reason for freezing the funds is "Abnormal Asset Origin". Stay away from this exchange.

I have purchased $750 worth of DOG and at some point decided to withdraw. There was a pop up window saying DogSuspendedWithdraw so it did not let me. After contacting customer service I have started getting contradicting messages that the exchange is undergoing maintenance, then my wallet is suspended as it is undergoing maintenance etc. It is completely illegal to hold somebody's funds without giving an option of withdrawal. Stay away from it!

Looking at fellow customers where they have been scammed by Hotcoin exchange. I feel sorry for you guys as I am in the same boat where Buteq and Bitify have frozen my funds. Although I have 2nd level verification am unable to trade if withdraw. 😡

it's a complete scam the woman who first adds you on facebook and then on watsapp is not real she doesn't own a modeling agency or play golf and is the only one who controls the entire hotcoin site

Don't go at this scam exchange.
they block the accounts for no reason and they're asking to wait 21 days for nothing.

I sent my usdt to another exchange because hotcoin didn't have the token I was looking for.

They blocked me for security and my account is blocked. Customer service says to me "Wait patiently please".

Another guy was also blocked and they cut his funds by 5!!

Hotcoin, hotcoins.fun is a fake trading platform that scams you out of your money. Their customer service is non existent and there are flaws on their website. Beware. SCAM ALERT.
