Brocade corset is absolutely marvelous

I haven't ordered anything from them yet, since I first wanted to test their customer service, in case if I get problems with their product, because I live in Denmark and the return is difficult and expensive to another country. I have now tried to contact them for two weeks, several times on email and Facebook without success. Imagine if you get trouble with them, they would be impossible to get in touch with! Therefore I don’t recommend them! Buy your corset somewhere else!

I bought an under-bust corset from Hot Corsets UK. I was assured by the website that the corset would fit my waist size - no measurements for the top section or bottom section were given. I trusted the information given to me by them - they were the corset experts.There was not even any terms and conditions regarding their returns to view upon checkout.

Upon the arrival of my corset, I tried it on. Even before I laced it up all the way, I noticed that the top half of the corset was massively loose! I laced it up all the way, and I could still stick a hand down each side. It is completely unfit for purpose! A larger lady tried it on, and it fitted even worse on her!

I have been battling with them for days trying to get them to cough up the returns postage label so I can return the garment! I know my rights, and under Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) goods the merchant supplies must be of satisfactory quality, be fit for purpose and match their description. I tried telling them this myself, but they refused to accept that there was a fault on their end and began to speak to me quite rudely. They treated me like some kind of annoying insect, and were (and currently still are) really trying to struggle out of accepting responsibility.

I have since contacted the Citizen's Advice Bureau, and they have confirmed that Hot Corsets are at fault. They are required by law (sales of goods act) to accept re-fund, but because they have also given me no prior information to potential costs of returns THEY are required by law (Information Cancellation and Additional Change Regulations) to foot the cost of returning it via post. I hope that finally I will be able to get my money back.

If you are having similar trouble with this company, don't give up! Do the same as I did and get professional help!

I've been asking about the measurements of a specific corset since early March. The first time, the lady told me that she would pass it on to her colleague, who would be coming back in a few days, as she did not know. Fine, fair enough. I waited a week and no reply came. I asked a second time. Waited two weeks and no reply. I asked a third time. Two weeks - nothing. Fourth time, I messaged their Facebook page. I still have nothing.
What I'm asking for isn't complicated by any means. I am literally asking them to run a tape measure across a HC-601 corset along the top and bottom edges and tell me what the difference between that and the waist measurement is, because I have ordered corsets before and I don't want to spend what converts to $80 in local currency on a garment that may not fit. It is extremely simple, but it's been over a month and I have yet to receive a reply.

Ordered my corset on the 7th May 2015 with standard p&p which states 2-3 days delivery but as yet I still have not received it a week on.

I contacted the company through their website yesterday morning about this and asking what postal service they use as they provided a tracking number which I hoped to use to find out where it is.

The track your order on their website is not great as all it does is give you a tracking number and that's it, and my account page says that my order is completed even though its obviously isn't. I have not had any contact back from them 24 hours on and I'm getting annoyed now.

I spent £50 on my corset and then had to pay £4.95p p&p which I'm also not too happy about. I know the website says free p&p OVER £50 but I feel if you are purchasing something for £50 dead it should still qualify for FREE p&p?! Think its a bit of a catch...

I really hope that the company can redeem its self with the quality of the corset when/if it eventually comes as I had my eye on a couple of others that I would like to purchase in the further but my have to take my business elsewhere if this does not prove to be the case I'm afraid.

good corset. used after the birth of my son. only issue was after a few months boning on front came through material so used to poke me!

Experienced a minor hiccup with my order which was quickly responded to, recognised and resolved by the great customer services team and following their cooperation, my product arrived in the post the following day, as promised. Very friendly, polite and helpful!

I am surprised i am being asked for a review when i don't even have my corset and i believe that it has taken a slight while to get here most especially as it has been shipped since tuesday…..It might turn up being a nice corset in the end but the delivery time is poor.

I paid extra money to get it sent on next day delivery but it was received tree days after.

Never received purchase

Will definately be buying more in the very near future. Reliable company.

it was my first time buying from hot corsets and the corsets on there are just gorgeous! really good quality when it arrived and the price was amazing.

i paid for 3-4day delivery and it got here next day!

Didnt take long for my wifes gifts to arrive, thats a plus
She tried on a red and black corset and it fitted perfectly, thats a plus
She tried on a white corset with a sequined pattern on but it was too big ! Although it said Large on the bag the garment inside was XL and the sequined patterns were almost coming off the corset ! Not Good.
Sent the white one back and waiting to see what happens.

I bought a few corsets online as costumes for a hen do. They arrived within 3 days, and were fantastic quality. They didnt look like they were made from cheap materials, the satin has a lovely sheen, and the boning was very detailed and strong. I would recommend the webiste to anyone looking to buy a corset in the future. They were much more affordable than high street underwear or online costume shops, and I did shop around quite a bit!
