Roma venerdi' 17 maggio 2019, eravamo di passaggio a Milano per una conferenza e abbiamo chiesto informazioni sulle disponibilita' e prezzo e l'uomo, mi pare barbuto-stileosama, parecchio irritante ed irritato, ci ha risposto in modo molto sgarbato, tanto che posso affermare che se ero un agente di commercio e se volevano aquistare dei prodotti, glieli avrei aumentati di prezzo del 30% pur di non avere questi qui come clienti
rispondere in modo sgarbato ai clienti e' la cosa peggiore
i clienti non sono amici, sono clienti
clienti non si divertono a chiederti i prezzi e le disponibilita' ed anzi dovresti umilmente ringraziare tutti i clienti che chiedono informazioni
se hai la luna storta non parlare con i clienti cosi' ti costa meno reclami...
