Your request for country and nationality requires the info to be scrolled. It will not accept the country to be typed in directly. Scrolling to a country which begins with letter “U” takes much too long and it is needed to be imputed twice.

Uncomplicated

I could not have a non-smoking room. Every time I tried to fix it the order started from scratch. I had to book a room with smoking because I had no choice. If possible I would be happy to have a non-smoking room.

Everything was excellent

A couple of times I wanted to go a step back which would reset the entire reservation process.

I wanted to make a reservation for someone else, but changing the guest name was not possible in the form, so finally I entered just the guest's details without entering my own to be able to add someone else as a guest.
Now I am not entirely certain we are all on the same page about who's staying at the hotel as the invoice is in my name (as I was logged in with my account while making the reservation) and here I have an option "forward confirmation details to other guests" implying that I am one of the guests...

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Door opening system for code. Location very good. I recommend.

Good experience. But Spanish version will be great… 500 million people speak Spanish ;)

Good, could use some more flexible input formatting in their forms (Address extensions, "+" sign in phone numbers etc.)

Never check into B&B Hotels (Germany) before checking availabilty and prices ONLINE!!!
IF NOT they will charge you the most expensive room and tell you a lie "this is the only room left".

Terrible poor service in Kiel. The worker was most arrogant and rude I've ever seen in my life. The room I got was a little room lack of space with smell of smoke. Couldn't be in the room it was so dirty+smelly not suitable for me. Rude worker didn't care, worker had a big attitude problem: if customer complaint about anything customer is a bad. Gone and had to pay other hotel with friendly service with smiles +normal service attitude also got fresh room elsewhere. Been around the world but here expect too much for asking a clean fresh room, nothing possible. Didn't get other room no money back as a first time visitor in the city it's how they welcome. I will never choose this hotel chain again because of this poor service. Price could be cheaper because of low quality.

Very good price performance ratio. Modern clean rooms at moderate prices.
