I use Hotelclub all the time and find them very easy to use and very competitive, I do check other websites to make sure I 'm getting the best deal and the is usually the case. The loyalty program is also an added bonus. I will definitely keep using them for both my interstate bookings as well as my overseas bookings. I would recommend them most definitely and usually do

HotelClub is a great way to centralise collecting points that translates into credits to use for future hotel bookings across any hotel that is listed on the site. The site is easy to use and spells out exactly what you get for the money you are paying for the room. You can often even get quite a nice discounted price on the rooms listed!

However on the flip side, one of the limitations is that there may be a limited number of hotels available on the site compared to the major hotel aggregators (eg. booking.com or Expedia), especially for the smaller/less visited places and cities you may end up in...

I love booking with Hotel Club, you seem to get the best deals and value for money. Just wish a complementary breakfast would be an added bonus for returning customers! Highly recommend using it!

Absolutely no hitches - everything went smoothly.

The prices should incl all taxes or say that it doesn't include tax. My ave cost per night went from $122 which I thought was a great deal to $140 per night.

What I like best with Hotel Club is that the service offers a chat line which opens during the booking process, and sometimes the friendly agents have a better deal for you. To my knowledge no other hotel search engine offers this facility at present.

I have used Hotel Club since 2005. I have never had a major issue and have been booking in all parts of the world for 10 years. When there have been minor problems they have been resolved quickly and efficiently.

The customer service representative familiarized herself with my travel itinerary and empathized with me that this was my first time to the city I was traveling to. I was extremely stressed and concerned over location, proximity, safety and hassle-free accommodations. I was very impressed with her ability to provide me with exactly that which would prove to be precisely what I needed and was searching for. I would highly recommend HotelClub and would use their services for everytime I travel from now on. I wouldn't think of taking a room without their assistance. And best of all, there's no extra charge for it!

I have recently returned from Europe where I booked some hotels through HotelClub other hotels were part of a package I was pleased with the Hotels, the service and would most defiantly use this club to book through again

When dealing with the team at HotelClub, they have always had the patience to answer my many questions. No not 4 questions. They have the knowledge to advise which I am grateful and are able to give insight about the hotel, area and not just whats telling you on line

The price is always competitive.

I will continue to search and book through HotelClub!

Have a great choice of hotels at very cost effective pricing

When I got to the Wyndham Hotel in Ciudad Obregon, Sonora in Mexico, they asked me for a credit card which I refused to give because I PAID everything when I booked the hotel. Then I asked for a NON SMOKING room (which I stipulated when I book the room from your company) they told me they didn't have one available and had to settled for a "smoking" one. The room they gave me was right below to what I believe was the "utility room" because there were noises like dropping or sliding buckets or something early on the day and sometime late at night.

Soooo I believe hotels give their worst room/service if you don't book directly with them. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

I love using hotelclub to book for my accommodations, in particular what stands out the most for me is the dollar reward system, that I could claim and use it right after my booking is completed, instead of other websites that give me points and God knows when I can use those points or if I could use it at all. I also was quite pleased that on my recent trip to France I found a great hotel in this little town at a very reasonable price in hotelclub, which was not listed anywhere else, so I'm very pleased about that. Overall I'm happy with hotelclub, and if they continue to list competitive price I will definitely use it more and more.

I stumbled onto hotelclub.com about a year ago booking a trip to New York and have used it several times since. I feel like I'm getting good deals through the site and definitely like the "cash back"/rewards aspect of the site where I get rewards for money spent that I can use towards a future booking. I will keep using the site going forward and tell others about it.
