These guys are shady.

These guys are shady.

I booked a hotel through them and they never sent me any sort of confirmation. I did this by accident - it looked like the hotel's own website and was clearly designed to fool users. I went through my email trying to find out where I'd booked and found nothing at all.

I ended up booking the hotel through their own website and that's when I found I had two reservations. Of course they are both non-refundable.

A few days before the trip they sent me a bunch of eSIM ads and that was the only way I was even able to track down how the reservation was even made.

Website says "Book Now / Pay Later"

The Ariel website to me to HotelOne and wasn't quite sure it was the same place or a third party booking site. Website also says "Book Now / Pay Later" which is misleading because you still have to pay now to lock in your rate. However, there is an option to pay later. Overall, the website was easy to use.
