Three attempts to book online

Three attempts to book online, but failed due to money being asked for. Phoned hotel to check, response that they would ring me back ASAP. No call received. Managed to make booking this evening on line. Customer service very poor.

So far not having a good experience as my name is wrong on the confirmation/credit card info & there is no email to contact & the phone numbers listed do not work which is very worrying at this point so may have to cancel my booking with my credit card company
