I cannot recommend this hotel

Just stayed two nights at this hotel, a good location but unfortunately they did not give us the room we booked and paid for in advance. We were given a very small twin room on the third floor on the main road and not the larger city view room booked with no refund offered. The telephone number is unobtainable and they don't answer emails. The room we were given was in a very poor state, with beds and mattresses in need of replacement. Also the room has a small television but no English channels. I cannot recommend this hotel.
