The worst company to deal with, took my credit card, charging me twice a month. No reply and email back I've been trying for the last month with no response. Do not deal with these people. They are scam.
Double Charging Small businesses
I signed up for a Google Adwords Campaign through Hotfrog Australia.
Was sent a price quotation saying there was a one off fee to Hotfrog and no ongoing monthly fees to Hotfrog. Only Google.
After 2nd month noticed Hotfrog had charged me again.
After 3rd month noticed they had charged me again through Hotfrog and again through their other company Aiims.
So I was being sneakily charged twice a month when I was quoted no on going fees.
I have now cancelled my account with them and am trying to recover the money. Very difficult when they do not return emails or phonecalls now.
Whatch out for this scam.
This is an scam dont trust this
I signed for a free account at Hotfrog.com then later I enter my credit card as I wanted to up-grade to a paying account which is call premium. After I enter all my credit card information I got a message saying you are not a premium account. But then I check and my credit card information was not way to be found, then I an email since they dont have a phone line. Next morning I noticed the charged of $20.00 on my account and the account I have did not reflected any changes and again my credit card dont show anywhere. I sent a second message to the company and now I am nervous thinking that my credit card can fall into anyones hands specially with a businesses overseas. Please do your self a big favor don't sign or register your credit card information at any place unless you do your home work, check for reviews before you jump. This advise will save you a lot of trouble, don't lern the hardway.
