The studio is gorgeous, clean, tidy and will equipped. The instructors are WONDERFUL. They are helpful, kind and real masters of their trade. There are lots of great times of the classes too which is super helpful for me. I love the class so much that I signed up to become a founding member. Just for reference I have never committed to any physical activity in my whole 40 years of life. I have recommended to friends and family and shall continue to do so. Thank you again! Becky xx

I have been going to hot pod for years, it’s a good mix with strength training at the gym.
They cater for all levels which is great for a old timer like me :)

Amazing experience at Tottenham Hale Hot Pod. Loved the session and left feeling great.

This is the first bad review I have ever wrote about a company and I am gutted it is about Hotpod yoga as my experience with the yoga teachers themselves has always been tremendous. However, after now reading other reviews for this franchise I think I can see a common pattern emerging for their customer service.

My issue began in June when an email I sent asking to pause my membership was ignored because I had not been exact enough about dates (I had asked my membership to be paused for the month of July, it is still unclear why this was not exact enough). This led to me blocking payments to Hotpod as they tried to charge me for the month of July. My Hotpod account was then completely blocked with no access to booking classes. Over the next four months I had auto-send emails confirming the failed payments. This month I unblocked the payments and paid £45 for the month of November to begin Hotpod again. However, I was still unable to book classes so emailed to ask why. I then received an email saying I owed £225 in arrears!! I was completely baffled by this as I had not attended any yoga in 5 months whilst my account was blocked. I have tried repeatedly to reason with the manger but to no avail and she has made it very clear I will not be receiving any yoga for the £45 I paid her last week.

The manager is now threatening me with taking a ‘firmer line’ with me if I speak out about my experience. I would therefore advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs as a simple mistake (on their behalf) can lead to hundreds of pounds being demanded for the privilege of a blocked yoga account. I really hope this incident invokes a reflection on how the manager treats customers in the future as she has lost a loyal customer of over a year and a half.

I've been going to hotpod sessions for a number of weeks now and thoroughly enjoy it. Yes I thought the class fees were expensive, but as of this week they have further hiked the prices up.

Rather than putting out offers, please would you not consider keeping to the same class fees, and you will have the regulars coming in.

Sadly I don't fee that I can afford to come and attend a class at £17 a session which is a shame as I said I thoroughly enjoyed the classes and used to attend 2 to 3 times a week, but won't be attending now at that price.

I tried a class out here. The venue is easy to find, spacious and with nice toilets and showers. I was a bit surprised the teacher (Daisy) didn’t check if people were comfortable with hands on assists or offer much encouragement during the class. The flow was really brilliant, music was nice and the equipment provided is excellent. The class ran over a bit but that was ok for me. Will definitely come try some other classes.

Meditation, movement and sauna!!

Great classes and great instructors - would highly recommend- especially for runners who need to stretch abit more!!

Extremely disappointed with Hotpod Yoga.
I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for weeks — they ignored my emails and continued charging me. On top of that, they fined me £10 for missing a class I’d already paid for, even when it was a simple scheduling mistake. I’m neurodivergent and find their rigid policies and lack of flexibility incredibly unfair and exclusionary. Their app doesn’t allow you to cancel directly, which feels intentionally obstructive. I’ve reported them to the CMA and Citizens Advice. Avoid.

It was okay, didn't love being in a plastic room. I like being hot, but it was very dark and you couldn't see the black mats. The practice was rushed. You gotta have a towel on top of the mat which is a bit fiddley and annoying (which you gotta buy the second class). Decent intro price, probs good for the winter, but weird being in a dark room in sunny weather.

HAVE BEEN GOING TO LAURENS CLASS ON A FRIDAY AT 7PM FOR A WHILE NOW AND ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT ,LAUREN IS THE BEST AND WILL CONTINUE MY YOGA JOURNEY WITH HER 👌

Hotpod in Marlborough has been the best thing I have done for myself in years, I have just completed my 100th yoga session and it has changed my body and attitude completely. I feel stronger and more confident with improved flexibility, strength and stamina. I will be a customer for life! Huge thanks to Emma and Astrid.

The class is a nice class but my GOD the pod gets smelly. It's really off putting, if you enter after a class has been before it stinks of sweat and feet and feels really unclean for the last class of the day. I wish they'd properly ventilate/air out the pod or at least use some scented oils to try and mask it.

Have been coming to hotpod yoga since 2019. Took a bit of getting used to at first as music felt like chill out room at a rave and it is quite dark in the pod. But I'm glad I persisted because I love it now - the teachers are great, the temperature makes it so much more enjoyable and there are classes all day long! I even like the music now.

Thank you so much Hot Pod Tottenham. I love coming here each week. It's more than exercise, it's relaxation and benefits both mind and body and an escape from the outside world. Once I'm inside I feel very calm and instantly relaxed.
The teachers are very knowledgeable and you are always greeted with a warm reception.
Very much recommend.

Couldn’t recommend Hotpod Dulwich more highly. Amazing teachers, glorious ambiance and a variety of classes that leave me floating home (sometimes on air, other times in a river of my own sweat). Either way it has become a non-negotiable commitment in my week. So grateful!

Unfortunately I was trying to get some yoga lessons but without any reason they didn't want to let me get it, moreover I have been threatened with calling the police as a terrorist which let me feel more discriminated than disappointed.

Honestly, all of that happened without speaking rude or something wrong about anything. In my opinion, the manager and teacher stuff have some kind of problems else without legal fundamentation.

I strongly recommend them to check their values and procedures.

Probably you can get some more yoga lessons in a better place with much better and not crazy teachers.

The experience has been one of the worst of my life thinking when I even gave them a present.

Shame on all of them.

After doing 3 days at the Worthing studio (on the intro offer) I am so pleased I took the plunge and tried it! So far I have met instructors Katie, Melina and Meghann and ALL of them were so so welcoming.
As a naturally anxious person who doesn’t try new things often, I felt comfortable to go back multiple times.
I feel this is my new passion as there’s no judgement if moves aren’t perfect and other students are just as welcoming. Love it!
