Fraudulent company! Website no longer exists! Fortunately, I only lost about $14.95 total. Looks like no one will be able to order from these scammers anymore, which is great!

Scammers! Liars! You pay, you do not receive anything. They never provided a working tracking number, they did apologise talking of “ their high standards”. The problem is that they don’t have any.

Same as most, emailed them once no response, emailed them twiced blocked my email. Nothing received.

Do not buy from this company!! SCAM. Waiting since April for my order and nothing still! cwm

Same issue here, although I did receive a couple of prior orders. I’ve had to dispute the charges for my last two orders, because I never received them. They don’t respond to email inquiries and now it looks like the website is gone.

ordered items which totalled around the $130 mark never got given a tracking number and when it was a week before the order had been part delivered took for ever to get a responce from them and after being told that it was out of stock and that once back in stock i would then be resent the items. i stupidly accepted this as i wanted the items that id ordered. i am unable to get through to anyone and they websites are no longer active.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN from this completely Scam company! Can't believe I didn't check for reviews as I am having the same issues as ALL the others. No product and no one returns calls, messages, or e-mails. I will get the charges reversed by my CC company now.

I wrote Several mail for información about my purshace and I did no recieved any answer. I think I lost my Money

2 months after placing an order, I have yet to receive it or a response about why it has not been delivered. Shocking service. Iw wouldn't order.

I Placed an order 44849 on 10th January and was given a tracking number and I checked it was coming from Hong Kong. I still have not got my Order and I have emailed the Company and no Reply! I would very much appreciate it if someone from this Company in Customer Services can contact me for a US $215.98 REFUND! Many Thanks

I wish I would have known about this site before I placed my order of $53 and got the same responses as everyone else.
I'm going to write off me even receiving anything from them and my money.
They need to be removed from all sites... Oh well I'm done venting

I cannot believe I did not take the time to look at previous customers who wasted their money and time with this company. Everyone is having the same issues as I, I ordered from that site over two months ago, and I have been emailing them, to see if this issue can be resolved. I emailed them again this morning and I received an email saying that the email for support for this joke up a company is nonexistent. I went to the website to see if there is another email or phone number that I can use to reach the clowns that work for this company. I hope that everyone else sees this, and doesn’t waste their money on these clowns. They are unprofessional, and just plain snakes.

Placed an order for two items in August of 2020.

Received a shipping email 10 days later without any tracking information.

Received another shipping email two months and a week following the order with a tracking number.

Both emails stated to wait 30 days; since we are in the times of the a pandemic I allowed enough time for this company to respond and get the package out. So, after the second one I waited 30 days.

After 30 days I contacted the company informing them that the tracking information HAS NO INFO. The next day I received an email on how to track a package from the company; in which this time the tracking information stated that the label was created; but, not sent to the carrier. (The tracking information was checked on the same website usps.com and nothing changed except for this company to create a label.)

After seeing this and putting the pieces together I informed the company to send the package and have it delivered to me. The company indicated that they will get with their "shipping" department and get this resolved.

Another week past without any communication from this company. I contacted them once again to get an update and what is going on with my order. They responded two days later with gibberish about getting things "sorted out."

December 14, 2020 rolls around and still no order. I go to the website and it is inoperable and not answering. I immediately contacted my credit card and filed a dispute; also sending an email to the address that I had since their website was down.

Four days later the company responds back with gibberish about issues with their website and getting it back online.

WORDS OF ADVICE: Do not use a debit card or anything tied to your bank account when dealing with questionable companies like HotStuff4Guys.com! Make sure to have at least one credit card on hand that is issued by a major lender. They have mechanisms to take care of SCAM ARTISTS LIKE HOTSTUFF4GUYS.COM!!!

Worst customer service ever. They don’t ship you the product until you get PayPal involved by opening a dispute.

Just like everyone says this website is a SCAM.

Ordered April 2020. Never got a tracking number. Asked for one on many occasions. They advised that they req. from the delivery service and it would show on my order in 24-48 hours which it never did. I keep on persisting. They told me to please be patient. Now their website isn't even working and I no response to my emails. I ordered from them in the past that is why I maintained patience. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Yep this site is a scam. I ordered a merchandise and never go it. They just take that money and keep it. They don’t send anything. So I’m out $60.

Ordered on the 4th September.
They took the money very quickly.
I am still awaiting for product ordered.
Given up after lots of messages on there contact system which I's crap
Not happy about being conned.
Very surprised that Twitter advertise them.
Would not even give 1 star
