ordered 2 headrests on 14th November have sent 5 emails no response, tried calling no answer, they havnt arrived and no response, ive had to raise with my credit card company

I ordered a wet pump for my hot tub but problems occurred when I realized it was a 5HP instead of a 2 HP. I talked to a gentleman names "Dan", he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable as to the problem as well as the remedies to correct my problem. A very informative web site fixed my initial issues with a Passion Spa Active SWIM SPA that is 4 years old now and beginning to get leaks. A further issue [never assume it's just one leak ;-)] will hopefully be resolved after VERY prompt advise on HOTTUB superstore's eMail contact. Thank you

I have an old Aegean Spa that has started to develop a few aging problems. I thought I was in for a rough ride and was contemplating giving up. I contacted Mick through their website and had the most useful email this year in reply.
Mick spelt out the problem exactly, very clear instructions and description of how to tackle the problem and gave links to the parts required. I was staggered how simple the solution was and how cost effective to get running again. The advise was sound, no upselling or over exaggeration of the issue. The delivery of the parts were very quick and fitted perfectly. I will use Mick's services again without hesitation and just so please there are still people out there giving good service.

I emailed this company looking for parts for my hot tub. I don't buy it from them but they did reply to my email straight away and are doing everything they can to get me the parts I need. It's nice when a company such as this really focuses on customer service and helping people. A breath of fresh air. There are so many companies such as the hottub superstore who couldn't care less. I have been trying to contact the company about changing the jet heads but no one answers the phone or replies to my emails, very bad service, these are the heads they recommended, very poor service
