Stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!
Having to wait 5 weeks for hot tub insert it turned up in September damaged!
They did not believe us, we had to send photos they would not refund us we had to show photos that it fitted in our cover And this went on for weeks!
We are now at the end of November they have ignored our emails and so we have paid full price for a damaged inset!
No manners, no customer care and totally unprofessional and under the consumers act they have now been reported to trading standards!!!!!!
Be warned STAY AWAY if you don't want to waste your time and money!

Great ordering service, customised to our hot tub. Delivery was fine except not on the day we had organised - luckily we were in!- and packaging had a hole in which had slightly marked the covering of the hot tub cover. Not the company’s fault as such but they should ensure safe delivery really. Overall happy.

My orders are always delivered promptly and well packed. If I have needed to ask a question, it has been answered in full and quickly. One of the best spa companies on the market

This has been my worst online experience ever, this company took 4 months to deliver the goods, I had to chase them repeatedly, they either blamed us the customer or the manufaturer. In the end we had to deal with the manufacturer, who were helpful.

I've been using this company to supply all of my hot tub needs for several years. Excellent range of products with a website that is very extensive and user friendly. The service is excellent and delivery always very prompt.

Exactly what I ordered and received it when they said it would be ready - Only 4 stars because it would be nice if it was manufactured and delivered more quickly as over a month to wait even though they made this clear up front is a long time if your cover is damaged and you are losing heat.
