Houfy is AWESOME! We use Houfy to rent our beach house and it is a great service to use. They do not charge fees to you or your renter. And best of all they are not involved in your business! If you own a rental property check them out! And if you are looking for a place rent use them to Book your stay! You will not be disappointed!

Been using Houfy for many years, and have always found it an excellent service

I really appreciated Houfy when I had a short-term rental. It allowed me to not keep all my eggs in one basket (e.g., OTAs). Set up and management is easy.

Houfy website works better and is easier to use than Airbnb and VRBO. It also works with no issues unlike the other well known sites. The fact that there are no fees with Houfy that have become more and more expensive and make a vacation unaffordable makes Houfy the all around winner!

Houfy has multiple tools for us to use to enter our rental information and to embed code into our website. Their tools and booking system makes it very easy (and coat effective) for us to run our own site. We have been using Houfy for several years. Thank you!

This platform works for me. This is my go to calendar. . Great for saving your guests and you money. I encourage all guests to use it.

Great website interface and communication system.

Houfy makes hosting easy for owners that book directly and a great option for booking return guests. The book direct site also saves money for both parties.

Overall, it is a good platform to use. I would like to see more options with the availability to charge an automatic 3% on credit card payments.

Website builder created a great website, Guest payments handled automatically thru Stripe is a huge plus!

As a host through the Houfy platform it allows me to rent our property at a lower price and better value to our guest.

Bottom line.. Support needs to have a better response. A few days to respond is not support especially if the site has a problem.

I found Houfy about a year and a half ago. I love that it allows me gain attraction for my rental properties and gives my past guest a place to rebook from without the fees that other platforms charge.

The site does exactly what it claims. Allows direct bookings without having to go through the big guys. But it doesn’t market and never claimed to. I suppose I need better ways to get returning guests to use it.

I’ve been with Houfy since 2021. For a nominal fee it’s a beautiful platform that is easier to use than the others. I always go there to see my synced calendars as they are more user friendly than the others. I’ve had great success with Houfy over the years as Houfy has often out performed the other platforms.
If I have a question, I send a direct message to admin (owners) and a response is received with any fix requested or change without delay.
Hosts must use their own skills to promote Houfy direct booking as it’s still not mainstream yet. This is easily done by telling guests how to save on booking fees next time. Using the direct to Houfy link when posting on social media. Include the link in all media digital or otherwise. It’s been a fantastic resource for my STR.

Easy platform to navigate as a host. Easy to set up listings, fees, and edit the properties.
