All the watches are well too big for…

All the watches are well too big for anybody’s wrist and I’m not happy with them. Will have to get them fixed

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear the watches you received are too big, this is standard across all watches so they can be adjusted for each person. The watch with the mesh strap can easily be adjusted by yourself at home but we understand that the link bracelet watch may need adjusting. In each of our boxes, we include a card with information on our repair service who can remove some links for you. All you need to do is call 01428 664704 or email repairs@swico.co.uk.
