Not a good experience,tried purchasing house 30k lower than what the value was,they think everyone is desperate for cash.

The response is very fast even though I disagree with the price and no sale in the end but it's recommended for anyone who needs money soon.

Pleasant transaction and dealing with Lauren. I;ve put a 4 star as the transaction took 6.5 weeks not 4 weeks as discussed. Other than that I found the team great and reliable
